Currently, the most comprehensive version of DayZ is actually via Arma 3. The DayZ mod there has all the guns from Arma, all the vehicles, including planes, choppers and bicycles. It has trading zones. But it also has AI and missions around the AI. It's one of the reasons I have more hours on Arma 3 than any other game.
