Also funny how the Xbox fanboys have gone from saying how amazing it will be to now saying it's a cheap Halo rip off. Either way, super excited to get my hands on the beta when it comes out! As a once loyal 360 gamer; I must have been one of the few that thought Halo was a bit overrated. I found the first couple unique and Halo 3 was a brilliant multiplayer experience but Reach and 4 were very linear and dull. I think Microsoft held Bungie back along with the console itself but now they are more independent and working with much improved hardware; they can really go to town on Destiny and showcase their brilliant development skills without being tied to stupid time scales and dated systems.
