Actually a very well made game, though I suspect it may get a little repetitive...I'm about 10 hours in. Also supposedly the physics engine is the best on the market currently. Unless you're not interested in it for PC. I've been thinking about picking it up also. That's a crazy price considering it dropped on 09/01. I'm looking to pick up some new games at the end of the year and was just looking this one over. I was really enjoying it but blops3 is taking my attention away at the moment. Felt the game played really well with some excellent features, although i have heard people say they got bored as it's sort of repetitive but i didn't have any issues with this. I'm looking to pick up some new games at the end of the year and was just looking this one over. I really enjoyed the game, and put it on my list of games I want to eventually get. (I rented it from Redbox) The driving was good. The combat took a little to get used to, but if you have played Batman or Shadow of Mordor, then you can jump into this really easily. The questing was to the point, and the open world aspect of it made sense. Each little fort was different enough to make taking it tricky, but not different enough that it detracted from the game. Fighting has a Sleeping Dogs feel (plus what Bart said) and the driving is very satisfying. Looks nice too. Can feel a little repetitive but it's an enjoyable game even so. According to Steam I've played 24 hours so far and I've still a way to go. Once Fallout 4 is out of my system of course. I keep forgetting that my local "Family Video" store which I just joined over the summer also rents PS4 games for something like $6 for 5 nights or something like that. Keep forgetting about that. Should go rent Mad Max as well as The Last of US and see if I like those before I buy them. Good question, and I found myself asking it a few times. It has the potential to be a really solid game, but I started noticing little things I would change about it. It was one of those things where I kept thinking, "If I was making a Mad Max 2, this is what I would change and how". I do think I will still end up with the game, but I have lowered the price point that I would be willing to pay for it from $60, to around $40 I think enough is there to justify a $40 price tag, but not $60. It gets repetitive way to fast.
