  1. Past hour
  2. I kind of need to upgrade my PC to play this game properly. If the ram crisis calms down I want to upgrade at the start of autumn but will see, PC gaming is mind blowingly expensive right now. But yes, I'm glad they're still busy making this game better and better.
  3. Totally agree with the gooners here, shocking to me how Cheatski got off so lightly but then again look at the world we live in.
  4. Today
  5. I did see one review saying the game is very dull up until your about 8+ hours in and then it gets a lot better
  6. Yeah I enjoyed it, we tried to get Mart going on it last night but I think he may have been too tired to get his head round some of it. I can see me getting back into this a little bit even if it's just pottering about completing the game. I didn't get far through this when I played last time around but did have a lot of fun with the first Division! It still looks great, I enjoy the atmosphere and I always enjoy a good post apocalyptic style game.
  7. It has been a mixed bag with the reviews, then just looking at steam reviews it sit's at 67%. Metacritic sit's at 78% which is a decent score in my eyes from a studio that produced an MMO most recently. That said, what is interesting is when you filter the playtime:- Players with 3+ hours and it comes out mostly positive Players with 1-3 hours and it suddenly becomes quite a mixed bag I know people generally consume quite quickly in today's world but for a game of this magnitude I can't imagine an hour is enough to judge it on? I think most of the common issues I have seen- - Game has quite a few bugs, this doesn't really surprise me with how big it is, Skyrim was exactly the same when it first came out, Fallout - Some of the games elements are not clear i.e. puzzles are too challenging, bosses can be difficult - I feel like this is a common issue with modern games. Games like Elden ring get praised for not handholding you as you go but then others don't get the same sort of response. - Some of the quests feel like an MMO, not really surprising considering the studio and where it has come from. I think the hype may have done some damage to this game in terms of how well it does, everyone saw the videos, clips etc and expected a game akin to the Witcher 3, not surprising, I think they have marketed the game well but then that will lead to disappointment for many. I think if you played Black desert you are probably more aware of what you are going to get here and won't be disappointed. If you want a world you can get lost in rather than expecting a story akin to the witcher level of quality then you will get quite a bit of enjoyment here I think from everything that is being reported. I have yet to install it but will put it on over the weekend I imagine.
  8. You’ll get quite a few hours out of it before you run out of quests. Still worth playing after though if you enjoy building
  9. Yesterday
  10. Realism mode leaves a lot to be desired, no loot gets dropped and the shooting mechanics aren't quite up to scratch for more nuanced gunplay. However was fun jumping on with Lee, Matt and Crispy on the standard game last night 🖤❤️
  11. Goes live today at some point, but a lot of reviews started coming out already.
  12. Is it out? I have it wishlisted on steam, and didn't even notice yet
  13. There's a demo @Tar-Eruntalion, downloading it now!
  14. This game is mid to good reviews. I watched a review that said it's a good game but, at the moment, it has some game breaking bugs so it's best to wait until it's had a few patches before buying it.
  15. Last week
  16. £35 sounds a great price when you consider the size of the game. My only real concern is that it could be too big, in saying that I mean there is in my eyes potential for repetition and players getting a bit bored of the same world but obviously this can easily be designed away so we will see.
  17. From what I’ve seen you can host co-op sessions with 4 people. But I dunno if that will change as there’s supposedly actual servers coming too.
  18. Great find Seb @ChaosGladiator. Definitely looks like some great fun and a solid mix of building with exploring/fighting. Sea of Thieves is a fun game to play with a bunch of us, but I do miss that slightly styled Black Flag game we had years ago that had lots of mini games and quests to achieve. How many are allowed in a co-op group on the game?
  19. The UI has got hurt somewhat review wise, understandably. However, its been received very positively - I think what helps is that Arc Raiders is the chill PvEvP game more weighted to PvE, whereas this is more weighted to PvP. Having said that, theres lots of puzzles to explore and with Arc Raiders content delivery pattern not helping certain players (including myself), I can see why this has appeal. We're into an era of playing more than one game is the way forward because one game these days can't satisfy consumers enough as they don't evolve quick enough (whether I agree with that or not, its just gaming right now). The gunplay looks everything I expected it to be. I'm trying it over the next week. Hopefully not going to get stuck in UI admin, which is a real killer.
  20. There was a few of us here that really tried to give Monster Hunter a go when it came out. @Stretch616 played it quite abit too. I struggled with the mechanics a little, but its very good in a party to help track down certain monsters in the game.
  21. Let us know how it feels mate. I have since seen they are bringing out a new DLC and I'm really keen to start all over again on this game. Seems to have a lot of playability in it still and lots to collect too.
  22. I've seen the PC version for £35 via G2A and I'm struggling to stop myself from going for it 🙈😅
  23. Looks fantastic tbh. The puzzles, albeit seem very hard, will keep the game fresh and wanting you to discover more and more of the world. I think I may have to add it on my list too. £50 for PS5 is extremely good price online right now for a large open world game.
  24. I have it on order so will let you know how I get on with it, I am still playing Avowed but will jump on and test it out so I can give initial thoughts.
  25. I wonder if this is the game that will finally get me off my Tarkov addiction, this looks pretty incredible imo
