Black Ops 7 campaign is apparently horrifically bad. Always online and you can't pause, full of stupid fantasy garbage and many missions are forced co-op where you have to do meaningless busywork on recycled open world envoironments linked to the battle royale. They probably had months to make this but whoever came up with the story as a direct sequel to BO2 should either be sacked or investigated for suspected hard drug usage. This is one of the boss fights for god sake

I finally managed to get in, so here's a last look at my character before I wipe him. I'm actually Level 43 but today's update to the game has put me down to 36 for some glitchy reason. 485 hours since 6 June and this will all be re-set to zero once I nuke the character to enjoy the new content. I'd almost finished building my Hideout, but it's all going back to square one and I'm looking forward to playing with an actual storyline finally : )

Tetris Effect is an amazing game. The visuals and soundtrack are just awesome. That game made me research LED backlights for my TV, because I wanted to enhance the ambiance more. I don't know anything about Luna though, or any of those other games.

Cheers @Diddums. Last night was first full night on it and I'm finally getting it all. The playloop is great, just the UI doesn't initially help you in that fact. I'd say one of the biggest things it doesn't tell you to do but to help you on your journey is to 'Track Resources' for all bench installs and level up upgrades. Its like extra mini objectives alongside the main quests the game gives you. Helps you then focus on specific loot rather than it all because there is absolutely shed loads the game gives you and you can feel like you are full within a minute of spawning in. Its good to be in a group and share what things that people may need so we're all looking for 5-6 things on each run and we can share and help each other with whatever we all find. I love that bit about it all, way more objectives then and definitely better feeling than the 'I'm helping' meme in your head.

No, you're wrong there, it's because the servers are fucked and hardly anyone can get on 🙃 It's fucking annoying as I've been trying to get in since 11am when it was supposed to go live 😭 Not entirely unexpected tbh and I can't even get on their website lol

After a little look, there isn't much well known ones, however.... GameNight seems to be included and this may be where it excels for convenience with families and friends: All these you can use your mobile phones to play as a controller and some go up to 16 players too. I may try this out at one point around Christmas and see how it goes.

Only 20,000 in-game on Steam compared to 280,000 on ARC Raiders. Doesn't look like Battlestate are going to get the bumper payday they were expecting. The pre-purchase price of £34 was appealing but then another £20 for PvE is just asking too much.

I got an interesting email stating that Amazon are making Luna part of the amazon prime subscription. Suprised as I think this is one of my better subscriptions value wise. Its probably a way to get Luna active as I have no idea who actually plays games through their firestick. Has anyone else tried Luna before at all here? I have no idea what games are available through it. Must work similar to Game Pass but the games available should be a far smaller pot of games to try. Not really sure what to think really!

I think that's what will happen to Microsoft - they'll become an overnight publisher for Activision, Bethesda, Halo Studios and all the other dying brands they own. They may dabble in cloud gaming to try and maintain an Xbox presence but that will ultimately flop I reckon as a non-viable concept. Sega died because of the prowess of the Playstation but Microsoft killed Xbox spectacularly and they've also destroyed so many developers too. The sooner they vacate this space, the better.

Looks like a good start for this game. Needs more time for me to see how close they can get to WRC where that now is quite fleshed out as an experience for rallying. Does look gorgeous though and something about rallying from Colin McRae days that its so unique that it makes it a great game to get into.

COD Poster-child and Activsion shill Fazz Swagg got banned on the first day. He's been banned from every COD title in recent years and has been caught cheating numerous times on several accounts whilst streaming. Also cheated during the Battlefield preview event and Activision famously paid him and his friends to provide fake trailer reactions It was also funny to see so many big streamers struggle yesterday because their Cronus software hasn't been released yet and no cheats have bypassed the secure boot yet.

New map is really weird - seems to be exclusively indoors. I also ran into a lot of players along the way but thankfully everything was nice and peaceful. I think this place will encourage more PvP action so other areas will hopefully be less combative. I've had 12/12 extractions today and only go into one combat encounter.

Yea the CGI was top notch in those movies. If it wasn't for the MMC (LeBouf/ Wahlberg), those movies would have been absolutely amazing

Watched Transformers again as its been a while with my lad. Can honestly say that the early films that added some CGI like this have not aged at all. In fact they are miles better than recently used CGI films, by a long way. Started watching Dark of the Moon after it (3rd film) as I know the second was a little bit of a letdown. The detail on Sentinel Primes face and also how they made Megatron's head show he's still very much wounded is a nice little touch.
