Glad people enjoyed that last night. It's a bit of a slog getting that first one done as there's so much to learn. But everytime you do it now you'll find it easier and easier. Good shit guys and well done to all for peservering through it all.

Patience and time sounds good but would it replace Ice Breaker? Probably not for me Didn't get Voidfang last time round as the grenade it modifies isn't the one i use on my Voidwalker class. I like the statis affect on the grenade as it creates a barrier between me and the enemy as well as the damage. Maybe it'd be a good PvP exotic?

No worries Crispy. Was cool to have you on board! It's nice to have everyone from here involved in it. Once you've ran it a couple of times you start to understand a bit more rather than the cluster fuck that the first time usually ends up being!

Good job tonight guys. Random teleport was a pain to get used to, but we got there. Will only get smoother as well. Majors gratz to Sam on completing her first run. Just a shame you just got energy shards all the way through. Looking forward to the next run alread

I played City of Heroes for years and they did events all year round. Zombie apocolypse for Halloween, Evil Santas at Xmas, Evil Bunnies at Easter etc etc.. Special powers, missions and loot was available over the event duration. And if you did enough of whatever over the period it gave you a permanent asthetic thing for a status symbol. That was really cool.....man i miss that game!

Still got to do mine Sam, so hopefully our paths will cross! As for the COD bit i'm not so sure. I think the base we've established is on Destiny for the long haul. COD will take up some of my gaming time for sure, but I think Destiny is now going to be my main squeeze. I hope it will be the same for other people

Now the update is live i can finally rant on this!! I have a BIG problem with the Atheon teleport fix. If it was a bug to begin with, it should have been communicated to the community asap with a notification that a "fix" would be incoming. But even then it goes against the grain of how the raids were sold to us. I remember in the hype of the raid that (in bungie's words) "people would talk & organise theirs roles and responsibilties to overcome the biggest challenge". I've paraphrased a bit, but it really does go against the sales pitch. Peraonally, i'd like to see the change implemented as another tier. So tier 1 is normal level and no changes - beginner raid. Tier 2 is hard level with no changes -medium raid. Tier 3 is hard level with random teleports - hard level. This way everyone wins. Beginners can learn all roles without fear and build up confidence on when they go for the big one. What do you guys think?
