I've had foot problems for years. I was born with one flat foot and one with an arch. It started causing me back, knee, hip, ankle ankle issues from walking/running uneven for years. I've had 3 reconstructions and another one to remove some hardware. I've been using custom shoe inserts for approximately 7 years. I can't go without them now. I see a doctor who is supposed to be the best in Indiana, Dr. Detomasso. He's in Fort Wayne at the FWO. I can PM you the phone # if you want. Not sure if Indy to Fort Wayne would be too far of a drive, or if there's someone decent there. At FWO, you can see Dr. D. and they have a physical therapy place right there where they will custom fit you and order them. I buy a new pair of inserts once a year. They're quality and they support your exact foot issue(s). I'd defnitely recommend them.

The lag has been hit and miss for me. I've played about 5 or 6 games this weekend, one was unplayable and the others were all fine. Not sure what's going on. ARAM usually goes faster, but there are times when it can get drawn out. I've been part of a good number of comebacks that were really exciting! But, yeah, in general, the game is much shorter, which is nice. Those tips were pretty solid. I like that there are tips for each type of champion too.

I know some of you guys have tried League of Legends and haven't really cared for it. That's cool. However, most likely you played the standard game mode on Summoners Rift. It's a great game mode, once you learn the in's and out's of it, but that requires a good amount of time and effort. I can understand people getting frustrated with it and writing LoL off altogether. However... there's a game mode that isn't as hard to learn and it's a lot of fun (more fun IMO). It's called, ARAM, All Random All Mid. ARAM in a nutshell: Two teams fight on a bridge and try to push each other to opposing ends in order to destroy the other team's home base (The Nexus). None of that top, mid, bottom lane crap, no jungle, no stress over last hitting minons. Just one lane, two teams, fighting it out the whole time. It's action packed and a lot of fun. The map is called, The Howling Abyss Here's a more detailed description: For those of you who are already familiar with ARAM, here's a nice list of tips I was reading this morning. It's really fun/addictive once you get the basics down. Learn all the basic crafting recipes and you'll be having a blast before you know it.

I use CCleaner allll the time. Uh oh... I usually only use the clean feature to wipe browsing history, etc. What do you mean by "performs maintenance"?
