  1. I screwed up the recording, got 11 seconds of me dicking around in the menus. I played TDM for my first game and went 15-9.
  2. It's downloading now. Should be done sometime mid January.
  3. Post your first game of multiplayer here.
  4. Pretty much the same. The first one was just okay to me, and I haven't watched any of the others. I don't get the hype. 7 freaking movies? Really? Oooook.
  5. Nice job!!!! What rewards did you get?
  6. That's awesome man! Are you in our Forever Gaming Destiny clan? Did you get the trophy for completing the VoG w/ all clan members? What rewards did you get? That first time is so satisfying. Congratulations!
  7. I'd like to participate in the clan war, but I can't leave the FG clan and join the other one for a couple more hours. I'm at work and don't have a very strong signal in here, so the app doesn't load while I'm at work. I'll do it tonight though. If you guys are in a hurry to get it going, feel free to replace me.
  8. So, I've found some options... Option #1 - These exist and seem pretty cool. It's a little more expensive than option 2, but it would make the job a lot simpler/easier. I watched this video. Seems pretty simple to set up/use. The quality seems fine. Option #2 - Or, I could just buy this. It's cheaper. The installation would be a little more work. I already have an Ethernet cable that goes through my basement ceiling and through my crawlspace that connects the two spots I want to use. Running it along the basement ceiling would be easy, until I get to the crawlspace area, then I'd have to get my big ass back in there, which was not fun the first time. From what I've read, hdmi has a standard 25 ft. certified quality guarantee, but after that, it's hit or miss. A lot of people have said that they've had no issues with 75 ft. of hdmi. I'm looking at right around 75-80 ft. So, does anyone have any experience with either of these situations/setups? Not sure what to do.
  9. I can play tonight. 9:30 or 10 PM EST.
  10. MEXICO CITY : A former US Marine, who had been held in Mexican jail for months after arriving at the border from California with guns in his vehicle, was freed on psychological grounds on Friday, a Mexican court said. Andrew Tahmooressi, 26, an American veteran of the war in Afghanistan who left the US Marines in 2012, had been held in Mexico since his March 31 arrest by Mexican customs agents at the San Ysidro border crossing between San Diego and Tijuana. After agents discovered three guns in his pick-up truck, he was charged with weapons offenses and put in prison. But on Friday, a federal judge in Tijuana freed him so he could be properly treated for the post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) he developed after his military service. “Today, Andrew Paul Tahmooressi was decreed freed, immediately and absolutely,” according to the decision. After the ruling, the ex-marine was handed over to migration authorities in Mexico so he could be taken to the United States, an official from Tijuana’s home state Baja California told Reuters, speaking on condition of anonymity. Tahmooressi’s case drew considerable attention, with US lawmakers taking the unusual step of scheduling a House of Representatives hearing during a congressional recess in the hope of putting pressure on Mexico and on President Barack Obama’s administration to intervene more urgently in the case. “It is with an overwhelming and humbling feeling of relief that we confirm that Andrew was released today after spending 214 days in Mexican jail,” his family said in a statement. Tahmooressi was back in the United States and would soon resume treatment for combat related post-traumatic stress disorder, the family added. Former New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson, who has negotiated on behalf of jailed Americans abroad before, said he visited Tahmooressi at Mexico’s El Hongo Federal Prison and pushed for his release. “I respect Mexico’s judicial process, and I am pleased that Andrew was released today and will return home to his family,” Richardson said in a statement. Former Republican presidential candidate John McCain was among those to celebrate Tahmooressi’s release on Twitter. Supporters said Tahmooressi, who is now in the reserves, entered Mexico accidentally at a poorly marked border crossing after deciding to move to San Diego to get treatment for PTSD. Mexican authorities have said Tahmooressi did not cross the border by accident and did not declare his weapons.
  11. You've been around these guys long enough to know that everything they say that you don't understand pretty much means "getting drunk." lol
  12. Aerial fish finder! I see a business idea coming on!
  13. Steve, you looking to adopt another nephew?
  14. This was very interesting. I really enjoyed it.
  15. It's no big deal. I was just curious.
  16. This. I like the PvP in Destiny, but it doesn't quite scratch my competitive itch. I'm looking forward to CoD:AW, but like you, I really hope I'm not as disappointed as I was with Ghosts.
  17. I do. I really miss that part of Xbox. Sometimes I only have 20-30 minutes to play. I don't want to spend 5 of those minutes replying to people saying, sorry I don't have time, I'm only on for a few minutes. It would just be easier to go invisible, play for a bit, and sign off. I've definitely come out of my shell more though. I guess I have you to blame. Bastard. I miss being in my little bubble. lol
  18. It was all I played in CoD: 3. I really enjoyed it. If you get two evenly matched teams, there's a good back and forth that can take places. Lots of fun.
  19. So how come our "Admin" titles are in a blue box w/ stars now? They used to be red and the same font as "Members." Did something get reset?
  20. Gives me an excuse to be an introvert w/o hurting anyone's feelings
  21. Pic or it didn't happen.
  22. Wanna play some Combat?
