The way that ganes are going is similar to the Sales industry. It's not about sales targets anymore, its about quality of service and product. If they unlock the loyalty in fans/members then they reap rewards 10 fold. More will be like this for sure. Shame Activi$ion are too big a company now to miss this point and get away with it in most instances as they have the best AAA games out there on average.

Watched Jason Bourne last night. Skipped Bourne Legacy because I was desperate to watch it and found out they aren't really connected in order anyway. Always great action in these films, it probably isn't as good as the first ones, but it's a better than good watch because it's a film always on the move. Via the FG App

They do need to do more games like this. Whilst it isn't critical, for games like Destiny it would've been pretty cool to at least have the choice. @phil bottle for one of the biggest kids I know, I can't believe you don't like cartoon type games, you big fairy.

I get that and I mentioned to someone online the other day that I would settle for 4. It's just having a clan that will be extremely active and only having 1 thing to do for a number of months as a 6-stack unnerves me a little. We won't think about ot once we start though. I agree, all bosses have to take a shit load of bullets. I said that to @Baabcat when we did the beta. The thing is, when you've tasted the not so nice bullet sponges like The Division has, tue bosses in this always feel more diverse. It's the scenario and mechanics of the fight that most people look for which I think the initial strike on the beta had.

Did they significantly patch it after the beta? I remember the beta not being tue best. It wasn't bad, but nothing stood out at the time. I believe @RLPK has it. Now that Destiny has died a death it would be good to have an alternative to Overwatch as I don't want to play that every night. I'll look into it.

I know i'm kidding myself here but more than ANYTHING, I want a fireteam of 6 on patrol. With the amount of stuff to do in the exploration part and the fact you see many other guardians in the same session but just not in your fireteam, seems like the best move they could do right now is to raise it from 3 to 6.

Had my first few hours on Dirt 4 last night and it was the most unexpected fun I've had for a long time. Straight off, the menus are inviting and the guide that talks you through is clear and concise, helping you along with relative ease to a complex game within the detail. I chose Simulation over Gamer (Arcade) as I used to love the Colin McRae's with that driving style. Not that I was any good, but it felt so damn amazing when you pulled off a clear stage sliding around the dirt rally tracks. I started off a little slow, trying to remember how hard the brakes would be in rally games and how forgiving it would be when you make a mistake. I started at Pro, second option, like Hard really. My first stage went pretty decent until I hit massive fog so you had to immediately listen to Nicky Grist giving the instructions; 4 right, 4 left, over crest. That's when I found out how unforgiving the game was and exactly why I love it, turning slightly too early and hitting the apex of a corner when he has told you not to cut, nearly damages your entire stage. The true, gritty sounds rip through you as you hear the gearbox rattling away tried to help pump you round the stage as fast as you can. The graphics are more colourful than expected, yet show true deep colours on a showery dirt stage through the woods. When I completely lost it after a fantastic split, I actually made the car flip. It rolled a good few times and even though I was gutted for my was-good run, I knew this was an addictive game to play and enjoy. The thrill of having certain failure on the end of a mistake at high speeds is epic. I won a few races and tournaments before logging off when I got the hang of turning into corners and striking the balance on the throttle and brakes again. Tonight I quickly checked the 'My Club' element. Again, they've thought it through. Similar to TOCA Race Driver with the great story campaign, it has this but extra detail yet not too complex. You can still tweak the car at each rally if you know what you're doing. I tweaked my brakes for more responsiveness which I think helps when you start out. Great game and just what the racing genre needed as not a great deal stands out right now. I'll stream some more when I can.

I'd love to try and do this again but it takes a lot of energy and time on my part - which I haven't got massive amounts at the moment. There's a few things I was looking at actually to make it fun to show our fixtures and imbed a little tournament on here so it would be cool to look and visit. Let me look into this before I start rounding people up. Let's face it, I doubt anyone else will sort this out based on the last few months. In the meantime, why don't you all put your name down again on this thread if you're interested in Rocket League doubles league/tournament. That'll be a good start.

It was the patrol and tons of exploring that I've been looking for. Clearly a story to go with it will be ace. It's a game where most of us didn't mind too much that we didn't know the backstory because D1 was such a good game but i'm really keen on understanding where stuff came from, why people are fighting each other, what hidden secrets are behind the key NPC's. As we all know Bungie, they have been good in the past to link up why things are said or seen in the game. Things like this would be amazing if they linked them to quests or hidden secrets to help you get some decent loot. I don't have much of a problem with the game mechanics themselves, they could've left them alone for all I cared but its nice to see them trying to improve where possible as long as it doesn't come at the detriment of the gameplay going forward.

It's just in the PSN store. Fortnite The Full Game. Theres multiple versions that cost money but look like they have tons of add ons.

Well as it could be the very last time that we can join up and smash Guardians in a 6-stack just wondering who wants to entertain some iron banner this week coming? I did put a calendar event on ages ago so check it out or just let us know here. Always have enjoyed Banner, providing its the right game mode (Control).

Its all about the retro look. Not only has 98Demake on youtube took Rocket League and recreated it for the Playstation 1, he's made the case to boot. This little video just shows how awesome it would've been if released nearly 20 years ago. He's done a few more that are pretty cool, Assassin's Creed, The Last of Us to name a few. Really, really cool and definitely worth a look. I think if there was enough interest, this game could be made for the PS1.
