http://www.nerfplz.com/2013/12/2013-champion-tier-list-solo-queue.html is pretty good for knowing how strong champions are in terms of where they play. You'll see a lot of tanks up in the "God" Tier as the defensive mastery tree favours them a lot.

Spawned in Balota which in hindsight is in incredibly good spawn. After looting a few houses I spotted a Hanger in the distance so I made my way towards that. After approaching carefully, I made my way through each and every bunker room finding, not one, not two, not three but FOUR M4A1's! But no Ammo. Fuck. I made my way across the airfield to inspect the buildings opposite and I found a nice bit of Ammo for my M4 and some green gear so now I blend in a bit better. Moving further forward I was feeling thirsty so I crouched down to check my inventory jsut outside of a town. During this period I got slapped by a zombie causing me to bleed, a lot. I logged out near death and under a staircase.

I don't play Cho often but normally I build A decnt bit of a Ability Power and then get some HP/Armor/MR, Abyssal Scepter and the Rod of Ages are good items for Cho.

Udyr is an incredible jungler, Morgana is quite a good support if you can land her stun and then use the pool thingy underneath them. Cho is quite good but will get beaten at top lane by Riven. Renekton and Shyvana. If you build Malphite Tank you can initiate fights and let your team mates do the damage. -- Champion update

Went with Aatrox, I like him Already got Darius, he's really strong.
