  1. Nope! I just won 7 days apparently! Maybe I just broke the game physics.
  2. So @Diddumsinspired me to do a solo hoard base. I took it a bit extreme and went ahead and built a hoard base island in a lake, with a double drawbridge to a larger island in the same lake along with another drawbridge to the main land! (This will also have a tunnel up to grade for easy traveling!). Have some punchy punches, some shotgun turrets, blade and dart traps all on my little slice of death island. La and I just did HN448 and it was...boring actually. You can go unload your colon while the turrets and traps cleaned the few zombies who gave a fuck to swim out to you. There is a nice little control room with two switches, one for the blade and dart traps and one for shotguns and spotlights. We are also sporting a fully incased mechanical room with vault hatch in the blade room so all the bits are safe. As expected, all wiring is fully concealed and this bad boy is all steel, had to use all those free steel blocks from crates some how!! Working in the water is peaceful with 180 seconds of air. bridge building is easy and fast. My next thought is OCEAN. I'm pretty sure I can build an "oil rig" at sea with a ladder down to a mine through the water. I'm pretty confident I can remove the water from a structure using buckets and dumping them out. Although this might be a bit tedious, an underwater ocean lair/mine sounds too god damn tempting not to have a go. All in all, a productive day off I'd say.
  3. Tonight's update - the Player Vault is now open across from The Boom Boom Room. All of your boxes and items have been secured and ready for your use. We've also given some additional presents. @Plumbers Crack and @crispymorgan take a peak among others. The farm has been at least doubled with around 100 plots being added. The stairs to the garage and Pink Mist room have been reconfigured along with a some more work done down there. All the exterior walls are now double thick and it's coming along. The tunnel is passable on a bike which if I'm honest, the best way to travel for ease of turning. The kitchen renovation has also been completed with some fresh paint, extra storage, and more ease of use. Added another chem station as well as part of the farm renovation. Lastly, if y'all can move your nasty bedrolls to somewhere out of the smelting area and kitchen, that would great. It fucks with my mild OCD in these games 😎

  7. So um, I've smelted everything. We just have rocks left... I will be mining tomorrow it seems! We made tons of oil, forged steel, ammo, etc. Before I logged off, I have a bunch more cobble cooking, more ammo, gun powder etc. I installed @crispymorgan solar panel with 2 batteries at the front door of the mall. With only 2 level 4 panels and a level 1 charging two level 6 batteries, it's more than enough to sustain the current power consumption on the front side. I took disconnected the motion sensor at the small base, it's far too inconsistent to be worth the fuel "savings". I just have it hard wired with no drama, if anything, we can remove the extra engines and just leave enough to power it. I also installed the exit door along with auto open and force field and it works mint. So our miners out there need to get cracking!

  9. Took this advice and built a force field around my damn garage door (which I added back and I expect to see it later today when I log in). In order for the "force field" to work, I built a room I like to call "PinkMist" (see below) in the basement which works amazing. With that said, a PSA about maintenance. PSA START The building we have been in for 290 some days does not and has not maintained itself. As in @RenFengge or I have been consistently repairing the walls every few days. As in we just walk around with the nail gun and some concrete and bang away (think of what could have happened with my first door rather than it just um, disappearing). As the above scenario is mostly fixed with the PinkMist Room (will add the FF around the entire base), the new maintenance item is repairing the steel hatch (27k hit points) and the blade traps (2k) with FORGED STEEL. This requires a human being to go down staircase with some steel and nailgun on them and just clicky poo poo. GAS just gas, to fuel the genny under the traps. The steel door should always be open with that sweet sweet glow of power coming from the glory hole that is the maintenance room. I'm not asking anyone to cure cancer here just fix some shit here and there. This has solved the screamer issue as they now scream, and just walk in to the blades and die. No drama no worries. If you fail to maintain this trap (just like if we stopped maintaining the building) or if you fail to check the gas, you will have some unwanted guests. So be that XP whore you know y'all want to be and clicky poo poo and filly fill fill. PSA END I now present "PinkMist"
  10. Almost like no one here has played Valheim! We built a town there and it's neat. I'm down as long as other are. The building mechanics are nowhere near as good as Valheim so it will take longer but that's usually ok.
  11. We need nitrate to make more pew pew (we have ZERO) and only a few thousand gunpowder left. This is due to making a metric fuck ton of ammo this weekend. We have thousands of rounds now but it's never enough. I moved the ammo crates to where the plants were and vise versa (we don't need two plant boxes but do need 2 ammo). You will see the crates for ammo marked on the left side of the wall. Lastly, both the in and the out doors are automated now with their own mech rooms! The doors run off battery and there is a charging station to the right (looking out) side of the entry. You can charge six batteries like the first base can for ease of swapping out the door bats. need a few more level 6 to have full stacks in each. I've also made some additional generator banks as I'm sure the traps will need a good amount of juice. They are in the box. Enjoy!

  22. Nope, it's the base game. We got another server to try the new content without destroying all that we built on the first one. The no grass thing just indicates that @RenFenggeplanted that tree rather than it being part of the map.
  23. Oh man the e-type is on my top five list for sure. Along with a DB4-GT, Delahaye 165, Bugatti TYPE 57 AEROLITH, and the Dusenberg Model SJ Speedster. The 30's knew how to design cars my friend and it's the last thing the French were good at...I'm a sucker for anything with a boat tail as well!
