Right, the problem with I find with trying to give advice with things like this are how one direction that works for one could be a disaster for someone else. Here's what I did anyway...
 
I went to university. I didn't know what I wanted to do when I left school and university seemed the easy choice. I did 4 years and walked away with an Honours Degree in Computer Science. There was no jobs out there for me when I left. None. They all wanted experience and everyone mentions that catch 22, how can you get experience if no one wants to give you a chance in the first place? I went home and got a job in a call centre just to keep me going. Within a month I was moved to a team lead role and I stayed there for 1 and half years. I then got an interview to for a programming job in a large bank in Scotland. I got that and I've been working there for just over 2 years (and enjoying it).
 
University worked out for me because it did give me that degree that helped me get an interview but it gave me a lot more. I was incredibly shy at 18 and had very little confidence. Uni was where I felt that all change and I'm feeling the benefits of that experience more now than the 4 years of knowledge they tried to stuff down my throat. I don't think I would have as good a job just now had I left school at 18 and did a trade (most people I know go in to a trade). But that's just me. I hated actually going to uni, I skived and I'm surprised I passed but it helped me so much.
 
I don't envy you. I hated that decision and in hindsight, I think I made the right decision. Scotland helps you take that uni risk because, unlike England, it doesn't charge you ridiculous fees. You can take a chance on it, and most do. I know a lot who have tried and failed in the first year and it's not a huge issue. They weren't interested so they wasted a year (and may have learned some life lessons and not ended up with a ridiculous fee at the end).
 
I guess my point is, because I think I'm rambling a bit, is that my story is pretty irrelevant to you and one of the hardest choices you'll ever have to make. If you don't want to go to uni, don't. If you want to go in to marketing, try and find an apprenticeship. Look for open college courses. E-mail companies and ask them what they look for in candidates and any recommendations they might have for you. You seemed to have a good attitude. I know plenty of people who didn't even want to face up to this, or went to uni because their parents wanted them too, or where quite happy to sponge of their parents. Your attitude puts you a step ahead of a lot of people your age.
 
Good luck with what you decide to do, loads of people on here will have better advice than me.

I wouldn't say the concept is stupid, it's just the people that take it too far that are stupid.

i'm not excusing his behavior? like really, i can see where he's coming from because i too was made fun of my whole childhood. his was just amplified. us as a nation shaped him to how he is today.. but whatever. i'm done.

Caitlyn is one that I definitely want to get.  Good choices.  

Bought Jinx, Caitlyn, and Lucian. Gonna main ADC and start duoing with a IRL friend. I wanna push higher elos and shit, should be fun.

Game's a blast, and if you set up a private match with just friends you can do it on the ARAM map(No idea the name of it) and it's just endless amounts of fun.

I'm not going to pull any punches here, so I'll apologise in advance if I put a nose or two out of joint.
 
In my past I have lost several people extremely close to me, the hardest one to deal with was the passing of my first wife to cancer when she was at the tender age of 31.
 
She used to get so angry at people even contemplating suicide, seeing as she was literally fighting for her life during a long and protracted illness. She DIDN'T want to die, but to live and grow old. See her daughters grow up and do all the things that most of us take for granted.
 
I have the same philosophy on life. Depression is difficult to overcome I fully understand that, I've been there myself. Ultimately, the individual is the only person that can actually make the choice to get themselves out of that rut. I just wish people would see past the bad things that they perceive to be taking over their lives and look at all the good that is around them. You get to wake up every morning with your physical health very much in tact. You do not have the very black cloud of terminal illness hanging over you. You have a full life to look forwards to, LIVE IT!!
 
The only time that I think suicide is justified is if illness or impairment are so bad, that you cannot function in any way as the person you were. I watched my step father go through all the awful processes of motor neurons disease, which completely takes away every aspect of your bodies functionality, even to the point of breathing on your own. He suffered beyond what I could possibly imagine and I watched the life literally drain out of him.
 
I am so thankful to have the gift of life and health, we ALL should be. There are so many people in the world who simply survive on a day to day basis. We, in the Western world don't have a clue how that must be, yet we over complicate our lives to such an extent that we can't see the wood for the trees.
 
I truly wish that people would take a leaf out of Mike's book. He has more to deal with on a daily basis than many of us would see in a lifetime and yet always seems to look on the brighter side of life.
 
We all have bad days, granted. BUT that is all it should be, a bad DAY!
 
We have one shot at this life and we are lucky to live where we do. I have seen poverty and hardship when I travel for work, and I am always thankful that my life by comparison is so much easier.

The fear is insanely OP paired with his silence.

That's fine. Everyone disagrees. We all have our moments and our arguments, but certain folks aren't able to address these as civilized people and that's where I get annoyed.

Seriously though man... so are you just going to "take care" of everyone for the rest of your life?  At some point you have to let people fall on their ass so that they can see that they need to get their shit together.  Sometimes a little tough love is needed. 
 
I'm sure you've heard of something called enabling.  You're enabling them to continue to live in their own shit.  The best way to help people sometimes is to stop helping them. 

Seems like no matter what you do, everyone else around you is going to take your money and you'll never be free.  If you're cool with that, then by all means its your decision.  At your age it is not your responsibility to take care of people who dont want to take care of themselves, and will never change.  If you want a better life, you need to move out and move on.  There are plenty of jobs that you could find that pay enough for you to take care of yourself in your own apartment.  Maybe you need to move far away and make a life for yourself.  It is YOUR life, after all.
