    Destiny 2

I might pick up this next DLC, but I sort of doubt it. It is really hard to say with how wonky Destiny has been for me these last few months.
  2. OMG the Driving was almost as bad as GTAIV! I found myself using the shitty economy cars more than anything else, as they had the best handling and control. Flawed, dumb, story, that wasn't engaging. Still though the gunplay was solid. The sneaking and "Towers" could have been better, but it wasn't to bad. My son loved the game, so I know I will end up getting it
  3. What up!
  4. I keep forgetting to look more into this DLC. Thanks for reminding me. I also need to finish the campaign at some point
  5. I love the original 3 books, and the original 3 movies, even if they were radically different. However, this is what the Bourne series has bcome I won't lie though, I will end up seeing this movie, just as I have all the others. They just need to leave it more open ended, and have better writers, since they are attempting to go for a new James Bond
  6. Destiny's new 'Damage Referee' will punish laggy players http://www.engadget.com/2016/02/05/bungie-destiny-damage-referee/ Destiny is in a state of limbo right now as Bungie struggles with the pressures of developing a sequel while keeping existing gamers entertained. Many Year One players have downed tools (controllers) altogether, but for those who have stuck around and kept Crucible arenas well populated, things have slowly started to improve. With its February update, Bungie is using that momentum to further balance online skirmishes with its new "Damage Referee." It's a new system designed shift power to Guardians with reliable connections and punish those who don't. Don't worry, your PvP battles won't soon be adjudicated by a virtual official in a black and white striped shirt. Instead, Bungie will implement new checks that can identify when a player is manipulating their connection to juice their kill stats or is unfairly profiting from poor connectivity. Guardians with a solid ping may notice that their weapons feel more reliable, kills are recognized quicker and slower players become less frustrating to fight. Gamers with slower connections, on the other hand, may lose duels more often, even if they feel they shot first or it looked like they evaded a firestorm just in time. The colored connection indicators will still show the connection statuses of fireteam members, but the Damage Referee will now silently shift the balance of play in the favor of those with green bars. The February update will also include another major change: the removal of Special ammo from some game types. In a bid to reduce instances where an opponent can sprint to a clearing and headshot a freshly spawned Guardian, Bungie will require players in all 3v3 playlists to pick up ammo from a Special crate before unleashing hell with their sniper rifle or shotgun. When the update drops on February 9th, players will gain access to the Crimson Days event. Like the Festival of the Lost, this Valentine's Day instance will introduce new game modes as well as new emblems, shaders and emotes for Guardians to equip. That might not be enough for some gamers, who prefer big DLC updates, but it may keep those in for the long haul happy until the next big instalment rolls out to consoles.
  7. Yea, so I have two controllers, one is really shitty and old. It was the first one I got with the system back when MW2 was new. It hasn't worked right in years. The other is the one that is now having this issue. It is around 4 years old. I read that it could be the thing that holds the battery, so am going to swap those here in a few and test it
  8. Yea, that didn't fix it either
  9. Stupid 360 controller keeps disconnecting from the system. I can't sort out why, I've tried 4 new batteries, and still it keeps happening. Any suggestions before I resort to google?

  11. Get the officially Translated books if you do They were written in polish, and I have direct translations (Which are able to be purchased), and they are hard as fuck to read. I didn't realize what I was getting at the time I bought the whole set.
  12. Yea, the books really make you despise Triss, not to mention feel bad for her. Now granted the shit that the other witches do to Yennifer is INSANE, and Geralt / Ciri are literally the only good things in her life. some stuff from the books:
  13. BOOOOO Tris is purty, but Yen 4 life! Grats on beat the game though man. I still haven't finished it. I need to
  14. Dave always has time for a good Arsing, just check his webcam. Also, my wife decided that we were seeing this movie for Valentines day. (She has a pretty decent collection of Deadpool comics, that she has never fucking read, she just buys them and puts them in her collection box)
  15. Grid Autosport, PS3 Helldivers: Democracy Strikes Back , PS4, PS3, PS Vita Lemmings Touch, PS Vita Nom Nom Galaxy, PS4 Nova-111, PS Vita Persona 4 Arena Ultimax, PS3 Also, Origin has Need for Speed Most Wanted for PC. (Not sure if it is any good)
  16. Nutshell: Way to much spying and cataloging of your stuff being sent to Microsoft You cannot turn all of it off, in fact you can only turn off about half of it. If you are a business, then sure, upgrade. Otherwise, do not.
  17. Thanks man, I was getting ready to ask that
  18. Not really, but sort of
  19. I don't watch boxing, I don't know shit about it. I didn't really want to know about it until today when a coworker started talking about this dude Briggs trolling this dude Klitscko for a fight. Do any of you all know about this?
  20. IDK man, seems odd to be honest. Repair partition is a pretty standard part of the install. Sure you can delete it later. IDK what happened in this case. Yea, If I could get SQL Management studio to run under Linux, then I would be on it now.
  21. Event Viewer -> Windows -> System (Look for the time frame of the crash) That doesn't make sense. I have Home Premium on my sons old PC and just wiped it using the repair option. (Literally did it 2 weeks ago) If you don't have the option, then it most likely was removed, or not installed. Which is possible if you are hard up for HD space; hell, I have removed that partition before a few times. No, do not get WIndows 10. No, you cannot Dual boot WIndows 10
  22. Can you post an Error log? I still hold true to bad mem or bad Mobo. Mobo being hte more likely candidate. Also, running memory scans will not detect bad mobo's, and will often times not detect bad memory. And yes, it is possible for there to be multiple bad sticks, this would typically be caused by the mobo not regulating the proper voltage to them. Regardless though, without a few memory dump logs, it is still hard to say. The only reason I keep focussing on the ramm here is that every issue I have ever had with the NTOSKRNL has been caused by bad ramm.
  23. While I enjoyed the last Xcom, but I didn't pick up any of the DLC for it, and I honestly didn't enjoy it as much as I enjoyed the X-coms from the 90's I am really torn on this one, I just can't say if I will end up getting it or not. Also, I had no idea there was a multiplayer angle to it
