    Doom 4

I rented it a few weeks ago, and it wasn't bad. A shade annoying in spots, Its a solid $15 game, more than that and I would skip it.
  2. They probably play Rugby as well, and buy Frost Prime
  3. OMG this line is hysterical: So ghastly is Fall Out Boy’s new theme to “Ghostbusters” that if, after first listen, you vaporized it, pumped it into a tank, locked it in a safe and buried it under the Empire State Building, “Ghostbusters (I’m Not Afraid)” would still flatulently seep to the surface to torture millions.
  4. After Ghostbusters, it was time for SUMMER GAMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  5. Mine was on floppy, and you had to put out food to attract the ghosts.
  6. don't remember it. regardless, I found this interesting: http://archive.is/1GxVq GHOSTBUSTERS VIDEO GAME BUNDLE WILL COME WITH A COPY OF THE MOVIE A pretty good deal! BY NICOLE CARPENTER Those who purchase Activision and Sony Pictures' Ghostbusters Ultimate Bundle will receive FireForge Games' upcoming Ghostbusters game and a digital copy of the upcoming Ghostbusters movie, the companies announced today. It's unclear when the digital download code for the Ghostbusters film will be released. According to the press release, it'll be "delivered at a future date." The Ghostbusters film hits theaters July 15. Ghostbusters tie-in video game Ghostbusters tie-in video game Ghostbusters bundle! Additionally, the Ghostbusters Ultimate Bundle will include DLC featuring "four classic character suits and a bonus trap based on art from the original film," along with two dashboard themes inspired by the game and the movie. The game—and the bundle—will launch July 12 on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. The Ghostbusters Ultimate Bundle will cost $65. The Ghostbusters game on its own will cost $50. The bundle's DLC will also be available to those who pre-order the standalone game from the Xbox Store, PlayStation Store, and Steam. Ghostbusters—the video game—is a film tie-in, starring a "new cast of rookie recruits" in the post-film world. It's a third-person role-playing game, with four different "uniquely powered heroes" to choose from. A new mobile game, Ghostbusters: Slime City, will also be released the week of the film's debut, and it'll be available on iOS, Android, and Kindle smartphones and tablets. Directed by Paul Feig, Sony's new Ghostbusters movie stars Kristen Wiig, Melissa McCarthy, Leslie Jones, Kate McKinnon and Chris Hemsworth.
  7. Sadly I don't get the reference. She was never a dog in the movies, she was the GateKeeper, but that wasn't one of the dogs
  8. So my idea, (still going to look for the post): Oscar, the son of Dana (Sigourney Weavers character), and sort of son of Bill Murray, obviously much older now, gets wrapped up with a Paranormal investigator PHD (read female version of Winston Zeddemore) type, and her friend, read as Egon Spengler female character. Shit starts going sideways because all along, Vigo the Carpathian's magical influence on Oscar at a young age marked him for his whole life. Dana, shows up with left over equipment from the original group, as well as Winston's daughter or neice or what have you. This reforms the old Ghostbusters, with Dana being a mentor, to save Oscar, with an all female cast, and it also acknowledges the original series, and carries it on. I dont' give a fuck who you cast in an of the roles as long as Sigourney Weaver makes an appearance.
  9. Thats the only post I see, so IDK Jay
  10. The new DLC is interesting
  11. Okay, I will look into this now. Sorry man Edit: Do you remember around when you made it, or what any of the text in it was? It is easier to search for one post instead of like 30, so this could actually be a good exercise in sorting out what is going on
  12. Sequel I would be okay with, even if it was shit.
  13. The big problem here is that it is entirely possible to revisit this franchise and NOT FUCK IT UP, and still have an all female cast. Fuck, I did a writeup about how to do it months ago. I need to dig it out again and repost it, as it would work, and stay true to the series
  14. Pretty sure this is related to Sports. So I moved it
  15. Save up materials and place at least one at every settlement. I say this as on PC, if you only have them at the Fort, and you are out near the Glowing Sea, you can't call in a strike. As the range was to far (Unless they changed that, in which case all bets are off) Also, don't hesitate to use Flares to call in Minutemen infantry. I never once used it on PC, but as I was dealing with the super mutants near Diamond City, I started calling them in, and it is a huge help.
  16. Oh yea totally. Nothing beats Spock cursing on the bus. It just isn't a Star Trek movie to me really.
  17. When my son, who loves even the original Cartoons for Ghostbusters, looks at the trailer, and says "Dad, that looks really bad", then I know it will suck The really interesting thing here is that they have already prepared all of their arguments for when the movie bombs. The director and cast are focusing more on attacking "Male" critics, then they focused on making a decent movie Also, not sure if you all saw this https://wikileaks.org/sony/emails/emailid/104704 Nutshell: Sony was going to sue Bill Murray if he didn't promote the movie
  18. I did a full play-through on PC in Survival mode, only because I Was able to add Fast Travel back into the game with a mod. The rest I never cared about, but Fast travel was 100% needed. I am still blown away by the differences in the game between the two systems. One of the big things that really scared the shit out of me, was I was revisiting the Corvega Plant to get the Repair bobblehead. (I had cleared the interior out about 10 levels ago). so I am slowly making my way down the street towards the ramp that leads to the roof. Sniping everything I can, using Piper to provide cover for the runners that try to charge you. When all of a sudden I get nuked, seriously I was nuked by a Fat Man. I had no idea what the hell was going on, when as I lay there being a rag doll, I can just make out off on a rooftop in College Square (Is it College Square thats to the east of Corvega? I can't remember the name) Is a Raider in Power Armor toting a Fat Man.... Dude was at just over the range of my Hunting Rifle with a Medium Scope (I want to say the range is 217m on it) I have no idea how I triggered the Raider, but he killed me a few more times before I was able to shoot and scoot enough to kill him, and recover all of it. Not once has there ever been a raider with a Fat Man, let alone Power Armor, near Corvega. The Ps4 seems to want you to get heavy weapons early and often. I am at a point where I am sitting on 3 Miniguns at different settlements, and I sell the others I find. I am only level 14, which is what blows my mind. I treat the Fat Man launcher the same way. Oddly I haven't seen a single missile launcher though.
  19. That was the last decent one. Don't get me wrong I love them all, but going back in time for whales? Really? Also not a fan of the reboots sadly
  20. I need to go back to PC tomorrow, there are 3 settlements I need to unlock that I never came across
  21. I was able to give it a go on PC, but oddly enough, on PC I never Melee anything, on Ps4 though, I feel like you absolutely have to. Thank god for security baton's! I was going with a high Luck/ Intelligence build, but am changing it up now to get better Strength and Endurance. At this point I don't see how any one plays without those two being above a 5. I will also say, that I was pretty bored of this game on PC, but on console it is loads more fun because of how different it it. What settlement did you end up going with? I am either going to do Abernathy farms as my main, or sunshine Tidings. Both look reasonable as far as defence, and since I can't remove the item build limit on console, I am trying to play a little more strategically
  22. We picked up the Automatron DLC. On PC I only have the base game, and this is so much different. For example your "#2 explained" works out differently. Differences I have noticed. I grabbed the "Scrapper" perk immediately as I want those rare components from Scrapping weapons and armor. Also I noticed that PC lets you remove far more junk around Sanctuary than PS4 does. This one sucks IMO, but I get why it has to be that way. Also, on PS4 when you assign a settler to a crop, they actually end up covering a large number of crops around them. On Pc this isn't the case and it was getting annoying PS4 is also far harder IMO, I died 4 times last night to Dogs, Molotovs, and just plain bad luck. I remember in one of our other threads you talked about "Marking things for scrapping", I have been using this ssssoooooo much! It is a god send Today I start working on Vegetable Starch farming
