    I'm the total opposite. I struggle to go positive - or even get a kill sometimes - in Core but once I play HC I can do fine.

    3 reasons why I thought the game was shit: 1) The netcode/connections/whatevs is just awful. But this has been an issue with COD for years. And it's tied to the game engine as well. Out of all the AAA shooters I've played COD is the one where I have the biggest issues with the connections. 2) Limited loadouts and CaC. I honestly absolutely HATED the Division system. It's just too limited compared to the usual Pick 10 system. 3) 9 maps and they were mostly terrible. Not only did we get a pathetic amount of maps but the fact is that they're not even good maps. USS Texas, Flak Tower and that forest map are some of the worst COD maps I've ever played. I was surprised by how bad the maps were as I thought most of the maps in AW were actually very good. *edit* All in all I'm quite disappointed by how much I disliked the game. I was looking forward to it as I really enjoyed AW. But it's like somebody given me something I love but then taken a massive dump on it.

    I honestly have no idea why HC fixes the connection issues but it does. For the most part anyway. There are still the odd shitty games. As for weapons: HC is actually better for weapons as every weapon is viable. In Core you have to stick to the best 2 or 3 guns or you'll get wrecked. At least in HC you can use whatever you want. Not having a mini map is better for me as it means people watch it like a hawk when one goes up but I also run Ghost so get the jump on them I wouldn't say the game is more campy in HC. That's a common misconception that I think is wrong. Campers will still camp regardless. It's also why I avoid TDM in both Core and HC as it's campy as fuck. I prefer Kill Confirmed. And one of the reasons I stopped playing this game is because HC KC isn't in it.

    Same as me, then. I've played HC pretty much all the time since BO2. I'd much rather play Core but it's just too annoying for me. There's just too many bullet sponges, insta-deaths and shoot-first-die-first in Core. If it seems like I'm dying with just one bullet then I may as well play a mode where I kill in one bullet.

    I moan about most of that shit. Which is why I did the sensible thing and sold this game. It's on par with IW for worst COD yet.

    I've played enough of this game to decide that it isn't as good as the first game is NOW. They've took things away and changed things that just didn't need to changing. I've enjoyed playing this game but I just can't be bothered anymore. There's no need to grind anymore. I've been using the same weapons since the first week or 2 because they removed random stats from weapons. I've got a TON of exotics because they dropped so easily to start with.

    I've just deleted it and re-installed the first game. Destiny 1 is just a better game.

    I've been pleasantly surprised by this. I've tried a few other AC games and got bored of them quite quickly. This is a different beast altogether. More of an RPG than anything else. For me, an open world has to have a world where you're happy just wandering about doing nothing but still enjoying yourself. This game has exactly that. Other AC games lacked this. Just don't talk about the first hour or so which was so shit that I nearly quit that game.

    Absolute piss take IMO. Only 3 normal MP maps and one of them is a bloody reskin! Luckily I'm done with this game already.

    That's because it is an old map. It's a remake of a COD 2 map.

    Oh I agree with that. I absolutely loved BO2. Funnily enough the crap hit detection in that game is what made me swap to Hardcore in COD.

    The same issues will always be in COD until they start using a new engine. One of the devs accidentally admitted this on Reddit. And BO2 is absolutely one of the worst CODs for quickscoping It was ridiculous in that game. However, Treyarch had it right in BO1 and BO3.

    There's nothing encouraging about this at all. They locking content was done "by accident" but that's a load of shit. How can they accidentally raise the power level for certain events? It was done on purpose and the ONLY reason they changed it back is because so many people kicked off about it. My guess is that they changed it back because Christmas is coming and they didn't want to lose out on Christmas sales.

    I fucking knew they would do this! So they've added something back that was in the first game to start with and now you have to pay extra to use it? What a shit house set of developers they are.

    You are right about PvP. I've used a shotgun quite a lot. But in PvE snipers and shotguns are useless compared to other heavy weapons.

Even a simple jab has a rating from 1 to 5 and you can get a 5 from a loot crate. You don't rank your character up to get better attacks; it's all down to complete luck. And is complete bullshit. Seems that these utter spunk trumpets just can't help themselves from totally taking the piss with loot crates. How I hope they ruin it for all publishers.
