  1. Bob Mortimer national treasure 🤣
  2. Yeah I'll be picking this up, it played decent on PC for me in the first playtest so I think that's where I'll go for it. Tough game and yeah, although its 3rd person it reminds one a lot of Tarkov as it's essentially an extraction shooter.
  3. New map preview 🙂
  4. Its not an RPG, its an action adventure game. There's a limited skill tree and opportunity to make decisions which all lead to the same place and have no effect on any outcomes in the story. If that's an RPG in your world I'm sure youll enjoy, but yes the combat is supposed to be decent true enough.
  5. So, this, game finally drops on 30 October, there was a playtest this weekend but I missed it. For certain this will be my next purchase, just have to decide whether its PC or PS5
  6. Yep, totally agree. I have read that the previous team working on it had been making it more like the original but when the Chinese Room devs took it over they got rid of all that simply so they could put their own mark on it. What a shame.
  7. I've watched several reviews now and sadly this has gone from a day one purchase to maybe when deeply discounted in a sale, which is a shame. Seems its more an action adventure than a RPG. What a pity. At least my modded standalone version of the original is still playable. Modern RPG-wise I may finally pick up Dragons Dogma 2 but will see.
  8. There's been a small update today. I'm massively addicted to Tarkov at the moment but I'll be back on this soon. The single player is definitely in the style of a COD campaign, i feel I'm being rushed through it, rather than going at a pace of my own choosing. The story is kind of similar to BF3. Not great but not awful.
  9. Retro means terrible cable management 🤪 I'd say my favourite retro console is the SNES, although the Commodore 64 runs it close with games like Way of the Exploding Fist, Impossible Mission, Spy v Spy, Bruce Lee and so many other classics. Nice collection man 🙂
  10. Pancreatic cancer is a fucker 😔 RIP
  11. I've seen Shipment is already up in Portal lol @Luseth I've only been playing the campaign so far but I'll try multiplayer once I'm done with that.
  12. Ooh I never came across Soccer Rivals, or anyone with an Amstrad tbf, but I'll look this up now 🙂
  13. Hey there, this is a community forum, if you want to join the community go to the Introductions thread and tell us about yourself. Also, engage with other threads and the interests of people in this wonderful community of ours. So far you're coming across as someone trying to grow their YouTube channel with no interest in anything else and we don't tend to respond well to that kind of thing. Cheers 👊
  14. Showing your age there eh 🤪 I liked Teamspeak but Discord came along with more bells and whistles
  15. You never know, it might be half decent. There's no guarantee the IGN reviewer even bothered to play it 🙃
  16. I bought a physical copy too, it was 60 quid and cheaper than the digital version. How does that work lol
  17. I went to cancel my subscription yesterday but apparently my November fee remains the same as usual, so I've held off for now.
  18. Realistically its between the arse, the bin dippers and man shitty, I can't see anyone else being consistent enough.
  19. Could be the Arse that win the this year but at least the league has seemed more competitive the last year or two, and I'm all for that. And Wet Spam getting relegated of course 🥳
  20. Its a shame people like Prickford exist, but there's so many good games out there it's easy to boycott the wankers these days 🫠
  21. I've been in Menorca last couple of weeks so I'm in a pretty good mood and don't really care what these pisstaking companies do any more...but yeah fuck Saudi Arabia up the arse xx
  22. I've made pretty good use of the GamePass until now but yeah I won't be continuing with it personally following this, I've got plenty of games to play on PC and indie companies are making better games than the big boys these days anyway, so bye bye Microsoft. Also, the subscription model is becoming a joke in general, no wonder ppl are returning to pirating.
  23. Loved the first game but the second i swerved as it changed what was good about the original, with floaty parkour and they also nerfed night-time. This looks like a return to form.
  24. Ha ha yeah must agree on that, the 'humour' wore thin very quickly for me. They took the first game and went ham with it in it's follow up games and it just became annoying.
  25. Long before Tubthumping there was this banger from Leeds : )
