  3. The Place Between the Pines Excellent film! Everyone should watch it.
  4. I completely agree with you Jonny but it must be hard when making that choice, especially when the team you support comes and tries to snatch you up. Also i suppose we want our players playing in the top competitions, so we want them in the Champions League not just getting a run around in the league cup. I did a lot of reading into football in our country yesterday and was left speechless by what the term "home grown" means. When the FA talks about having a rule that you must have a certain number of "home grown" players in your, we tend to think that's a good thing and it is but "home grown" is a term used to make us look like dicks. Home Grown = * A Home Grown player is defined as one who, irrespective of his nationality or age, has been registered with any club affiliated to the Football Association or the Football Association of Wales for a period of three entire seasons or 36 months prior to his 21st birthday (or the end of the season during which he turns 21). Players under 21 are eligible over and above the limit of 25 players per squad. So basically a team could have 5 home grown players and not one of them could actually play for a country in the UK! Another issue is they say they have to at least have 5 "home grown" players in their squad, well from what i've seen from the squads this year, most teams are taking that as if they're only allowed 5. Case in point is the Arsenal squad i posted above, 5 "home grown" players and only 3 of them can play for a country in the UK. The team i've seen with the most "home grown" players is Cardiff (i haven't look through all the squads as bbc took ages to put them out), they have 15 "home grown" players in their squad and they're actually people who could play for a country in the UK. Anger face isn't quite over yet but i'll stop there for now....i'm sure i'll rant some more in a bit. Also England tonight and Lambert gets a start which is good to see! Please play as a team guys!

I'm always gobsmacked by the decisions that people make. hmmm we could give people homes, orrrrrr we could make this funky video ad! Do you think someone gave him a nudge and said you might want that support mate, Silverstone's done, now time to change nationality again lol

I'm not sure what specs you need for Skyrim or any other games on the pc but i always used to use this site before i purchased a game. Maybe you could ask her to go on the site and see if it'll run the game http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/cyri It's well easy to use, just choose your game and it'll scan your specs and tell you how well you can run the game, if at all.
  15. Just read an article that talks about a draft for the races in 2014, could be quite interesting with a 21 race calendar http://www1.skysports.com/formula-1/news/12433/8907232/mexican-gp-part-of-record-21-race-draft-calendar-for-2014-f1-season
  16. Stickied? Exposure? I like your language sir
  17. I mean what the fuck, they might as well not even fucking have the rule to begin with!!! And where's Jack Wilshere? So they've got 5 "home grown" players and only 3 of them are actually British, excellent! Right i'm gona wait till they put all the team out and do one big post on this cuz i ain't no post whore *looks up* well, maybe a little
  18. How is Bendtner and Szczesny home grown? 19. PREMIER LEAGUE SQUADS The 20 Premier League clubs have submitted their 25-man squads for this season, with no more than 17 players who do not fulfil the Home Grown Player criteria. The rest of the squad must be Home Grown. A Home Grown player is defined as one who, irrespective of his nationality or age, has been registered with any club affiliated to the Football Association or the Football Association of Wales for a period, continuous or not, of three entire seasons or 36 months prior to his 21st birthday (or the end of the season during which he turns 21). We will drop the submitted squads into Sportsday throughout the day.
  20. Saw that video yesterday, it's a shame cuz they're all obviously good friends and by the sounds of it they tried to help but for them this is a job and it's how the make their money. They need to be a unit, who knows he might even be back. I think they did right bring out the video and like you say no matter what you do people will always find a way to moan or bitch about something, that's the youtube way.
  21. I think this might be my favourite post ever!
  22. Good plan my man!
  23. Yeah now he looks like Shrek meets Harry Potter lol but we might miss him for these two qualifiers, hopefully not though. Here's another article, on the first day of the new season, teams selected fewer English players than ever before! http://www.theguardian.com/football/blog/2013/aug/19/english-talent-premier-league-importing The problem is that the numbers go down every year, we do have rules in which means you have to have a certain amount of British players in your squad but they don't have to play. So basically the rule is pointless! I saw this coming years ago, the first major instance was when Arsenal played in the champions league and didn't field a single British player! So this club that's representing England in Euro doesn't have a single British player playing? This is now happening everywhere expect there's normally a couple of home grown talent. This is one reason why i'm quite proud to support utd, we put a lot into youth development and the youngsters that come through generally get in with a shout at getting a place. I also like the fact that when we do buy we do buy a lot of British players, in the last few seasons we've bought Phil Jone Chris Smalling Ashley Young Wilfried Zaha Nick Powell And we've promoted these players to the first squad Larnell Cole Jesse Lingard Michael Keane Ben Amos Now i'm not being all like utd are amazing and everyone else sucks, i just don't know the ins and outs of other teams. Basically something needs to happen and it needs to happen fast because i feel we're going to start dropping behind in Europe (clubs) when we were so dominant a few years ago. In 2008 3 of the 4 teams in the semi final of the champions league were English, now this year we can't even get a team into the quarter finals for the first time since 1996! So basically, we're not using home grown talent and we're still going no where. Football in this country is on the decline, club and country. Hopefully Friday will prove me wrong but then it is Moldova (no offence)
  24. You're close to Hommerton Hospital? Cuz i live just around the corner lol It was well misty this morning on the way to work, like something out of a horror film
  25. I read an interview with Jamie Oliver the other day, he'd been doing a show about how people who don't earn a lot can still eat healthy. He began by sayin that he used to feel sorry for people because crap food is generally cheaper than fresh produce. He then said he was disgusted when he went to these people's houses because they ate like shit but yet all had 50" 3d tvs and wore brand clothing. Priorities obviously isn't a known word for to some people. I think this goes hand in hand with how children are brought up. People's priorities are wrong and unfortunately some people's priority list doesn't even include their children. As I'm not a father some may think I don't have a right to say how someone should raise their child but the way I see it is you need a balance. You must be strict with them and show them the rights and wrongs of life and tell them to treat others how you'd want to be treated in return. But at the same time you have to let them find out life for themselves, don't give them everything on a plate. Basically the idea's simple but putting it in to practice takes hard work. I'm rabbiting now
