The best thing i've done so far is buy it and play it, such an amazing game!!

I just thought, if we do the merchandise then we could do competitions through the youtube channel and give people a chance to win something. Like a submit your best clip and the top 3 win or something like that. This would obviously only be done once the channel has grown a bit and we have new members on the forum or new subs. This is way down the line but thought i'd post it here now whilst GTA's outa my brain

Rooney looked insanely good last night, our first goal was indeed lucky but when you've got Van Persie and Rooney knocking them in it's not too much bother. Hopefully we can wrap this group up nice and quickly this year Oh and we should of scored about 8 last night, don't know how we missed some of them, they were almost too easy. Ronaldo proves how much of a better player he is then Bale by knocking in a hat trick last night, always nice to see. Good win for Citeh last night, didn't know they knew how to win the the CL? I'm looking forward to seeing how Championship side Wigan do in the Europa League, it's mad to think they got relegated at the same time as winning the FA cup.

I think what we need to do is come up with some ideas like we have been then do trail runs. The base jumping challenges sound cool but what different challenges would you have? I'm not sure what you can do in the air, if you could jump off a cliff on a bmx and do tricks whilst going down that would be amazing!!! lol Hope that makes sense, i'm pretty hazey from yesterday

As i've already said i'm loving the idea Cal! Dave, your thought process sounds the same as mine. Multi comms!!! I'm not sure how many of us there can be playing at one time but i honestly can't wait to do this! If we record large sessions then we can make funtages and montages out of the footage. Also having groups of us doing online challenges together, we'll have to be sensible about it so everyone's not shouting over one another but i'm really liking this idea!

UPDATE 3: Digital Foundry has investigated the matter further and discovered a possible solution to the Grand Theft Auto 5 Xbox 360 "play" disc installation issue. The video, below, shows footage of the game played with the "install disc" installed to the Xbox 360 hard drive, as is mandatory, and the "play disc" installed to a USB flash drive. Doing so appears to eradicate the performance issues found when both discs are installed to the Xbox 360 hard drive. UPDATE 2: Digital Foundry has created a new video, below, that shows why it's best Xbox 360 gamers follow Rockstar's advice and not install the Grand Theft Auto 5 "play" disc UPDATE 1: Digital Foundry, which has access to the Xbox 360 version of Grand Theft Auto 5, has offered an explanation for Rockstar's recommendation against installing the "play" disc. "Rockstar recommends that you shouldn't install the GTA5 play disc on Xbox 360 and it's sound advice," Digital Foundry chief Richard Leadbetter said. "When you first get the game, the first order of business is installing the mandatory content from disc one - this accounts for 7.7GB of data to install on your hard drive. Now, there's absolutely nothing stopping you installing disc two - the 'play' disc - onto the hard drive too, using the Xbox 360's dashboard to do so. It takes up an additional 7.8GB of storage. However, doing so impacts the game's ability to stream texture data, resulting in regular pop-in of in-game objects and textures. "So what's the story here? I thought i'd write up a little list of the things we'll need for the youtube channel - Channel art (the banner at the top) We could use a reedited version (if size needs to change) of our new banner. - A forum intro video that we can put at the start of all our videos. Note: a video can't be uploaded without the correct intro or tags, if we're looking at making money for the forum then we need to do this properly. - We'll need someone to make thumbnails for our videos as well, i don't know if we just want to do a thumbnail per game or if we want multi thumbnails for each game. We'll also need to set out rules for who keeps the password safe, for the Alliance channel, we had around 6 people who had the password and could give out to any established member of Alliance. I think something similar here could work, if we are having loads of people uploading then we should also think about changing the password regularly. People also need to be aware that the money will be going straight into the forum and no where else, so people can't get pissy that the forums making money off their videos (i don't expect people will) When uploading a video, the intro, tags and information must be put in to a decent standard. You must also include the video you are uploading to the correct playlist, if there isn't a play list for your game or game type then create one and tell everyone but we don't need videos lurking about with no playlist cuz you'll find you loose them. I made that mistake with my channel. Basically we should act professional when doing this.
