Can we build it out of Lego? For now i'd just be plugging it in to my standard 32" but once i move and have some space i'll sort out getting a proper screen for it. I can make a decent amount of space for the tower itself so that's no issue. 4K does sound like a winner because the idea is that this thing lasts and doesn't get old quick. In terms of green i meant green flashing leds cuz they makes it run faster no?

Oh i don't mind putting it together, i just wanted to get an idea from as many people as possible before making purchases. Just a list of hardware n what not would be perfect! I figure i don't really need anymore than 16gb of ram and i'm pretty sure i'd go with the GTX 980. I want this thing to last as long as possible so i kind of want as good as i can get really.

I'm finally going to build myself a PC after years of talking about it but i wanted to get an idea from everyone about what the best possible build i could get. My main aim would be to use it for gaming but i will also eventually use it for rendering etc The most i'd like to spend is £1200 but if someone has good reasons that i should spend a bit more then i probably would. Also my favourite colour is green (massively important)

Well i'm guessing most of us have seen what happened in Paris the other night, utter scum. They should loose everything, jobs, freedom, everything!
