    I watched the last half again. It was just so good. I'm going to marathon re-watch the whole last season. I really like how there are all kinds of easter eggs in this series. If you go back and read about the lyrics to the first song in the last episode, you'll see what I mean.

    my bad, the stiff legged deadlift is what I meant. That's the one I'm doing.

    lbs, lol. I'm not Arnold. I like them too. I have been switching between Deadlift and Romanian Deadlift every 4 weeks; back and forth. I have also been switching between incline and decline (coupled with flat bench) every 4 weeks as well. Since I first started, I have lost 20 lbs. Now I'm at equilibrium and starting to add weight again from muscle. Slowly but surely. I think my favorite aspect now is beating my record from the previous week. That's how you know you're making progress. I have yet to fail at increasing the weight over the previous workout. I'm hoping I still have a ways to go before I hit plateau. I am currently starting month 10. I can't view your pictures at work; I'll revist this thread at home.

    I didn't know alphas was cancelled. That sucks. I thought Marvel Shield was boring as hell. They better step it up. I agree with you on Sleepy Hollow. It's good so far. Did you know there will be a Supernatural spin-off of season 9?

    RETURNING SHOWS American Horror Story - Season 3 (I like this show but from the sounds of this season, it will be full of propaganda) Supernatural - Of course I'll be watching this one.

    It's my favorite time of the year again, when we get to try out some new shows and hardly any of them actually make it into being something good and every once in awhile something epic like Breaking Bad comes along and destroys all the competition. New Series that I'll be watching Sleepy Hollow (on episode 2 now, I have watched it, and so far so good) The Tomorrow People on CW (a new take on an old show; but most definitely capitalizing on the superhero popularity) The 100 (also on CW) - looks like it's copying off of Walking Dead and Revolution in anarchy style situations. Blah, I'm not sure about this one but I'll give it a chance. MARVEL Agents of Shield (premiered last night, but I haven't watched the first episode yet) Dracula - oct 25 ( another "iffy" one but I'll give it a shot, I do enjoy that more Horror style shows are coming) Crossbones - pirate show with John Malkovich? Yes please

    I'll check it out. I read an article that he has basically been collecting all kinds of funny moments involving parkinson's and they are going to incorporate them into the show. I imagine taking a piss would be difficult, unless he goes hands free or sits down.

    The reason for all the remakes is because nearly everything has been tried already. Imagine the 60's and 70's music revolution. There was tons of low hanging fruit. Hey I'm the first guy to put delay on to make it psychedelic, etc. etc. Now, there are so many genres of music that all the low hanging fruit is gone. Someone who is extremely talented has to come along in order to further advance things. Movies are like that too. It's tough to innovate in a sea where everything under the sun has already been tried.

    Man, this show is hilarious. Follow through to the channel here and there is a ton more. Some of the people are douchebags, but the fun part is when they get into the club and start talking to women.

    I cna't see the pic, it's blocked at work (are you naked or something? lol j/k) I'd definitley say no to shaving the hair off. We are meant to be hairy. I'd say grow it longer, maybe shoulder length. I'll get back to you when I can see the picture. lol, did you see that pic of the guy with full body beard? Maybe go for that
