I played a bit of this on the PS3 a while back, never really got into it because all the twats I play with were all on COD. Now on PC, I've been playing a bit with Levi and Squiggs, and it's fantastic fun. There are still pepole that play like little bitches with their SMAWs and camping, but at least it's good fun enough to tie me over to BF4. Having said that, last time I spent some proper hours playing an FPS on PC was UT2004, that's about 6 years ago. It's going to take some getting used to the mouse and keyboard again, playing anything other than an FPS I can do reasonable well, but my reaction time sare still a bit on the low side and I always over or undershoot when aiming. Practice makes perfect I suppose, and this is excellent training for the next bunch of games. Great fun.

This is one ball we really need to keep rolling. I sent Pwn the cash for postage via Paypal last night, he's transferred it into his bank account which will take a few days, and then it's shipping time! One snag we've hit is that we now don't have a monitor, so if anyone's got a spare lying around, please let us know!

Please nominate your staff here. So far admins are me and Amberhekios, although I'll be adding Tommy to this list too. The only mod we have so far is Mike, although Leviski has been nagging at my ankles since forever and he knows that if he fucks up I'll stab him in the eyeballs so I'm going to make him a mod too. Anyone else think they can handle the responsibility?

Just a heads up to those of you that have been asking me who Amberhelios is, he's a friend from the DayZ forums and Musty Gaming, he's W*lsh (I know, I know) and he's a genuinely nice dude. Without him I wouldn't have been able to get this much done in so little time, and he's also been busy behind the scenes changing things to make this a nicer experience for all of us. I made him an admin so he can do what he wants behind the scenes, and he's already done TONS of things that make this site as awesome as it is, even though it's not done yet. So yeah, be nice to him, treat him well, and if he asks you for anything, please help him out. Cheerio!

I'm not that bothered about that tone tbh, the longer the threads get the longer they take to load so a good reset every now and then saves not only you guys bandwidth but server resources from my end. If you really want it back I can make it happen, but I#m finding it hard to justify atm. -

Doc - stand by man, I'll see if I can migrate it over. As I said it's stored safely, the only problem would be converting it, as MyBB aht IPB are not only a decade apart, but a thorn in each others' side. I'll see what I can do.

LOL the software has that as default, it's been disabled. I'll look into re-enabling it if I can figure out how to allow members to turn it off and on as they please.
