I got excited for like .5 seconds... until I saw it was for mobile.

Don't think it's for mobile - the studio previously worked on an iOS and Android port of the original but this should be a brand new game for consoles and PC hopefully.

On one hand, I’m excited for a remake of this.  I still consider it one of my top 3 SW games ever.

On the other, I’ve been there and done that.  I figure this will be a wait and see approach for me.  Same with the Mass Effect remake.

I'd like to see it because I never played KOTOR although I watched my Stepdad's son play it abit years and years ago and it looked pretty cool. Do you think they would make it for all platforms or just PC again?

I’m pretty sure it’s all platforms.  It initially released on the OG Xbox.

I'm thinking of the original PC version then, didn't even realise you could get it for Xbox.

It sounds like there's trouble at developer Aspyr Media.

Just had to double check it wasn't a Ubisoft game for a second😂

I can't say I'm sad.  This is another one that didn't need a remake in my opinion.

Either it's been cancelled or development has radically changed making the original trailers and announcements moot. It's highly likely not the latter

There is renewed concern for the status of the troubled Star Wars: The Old Republic remake after fans spotted trailers and other promotional material was pulled from the internet.
