High Impact Fixes
Fixed
– Players sometimes spawn with the point of view of a distant camera.
Fixed – Player sometimes spawns as immobile drone, which carries over to the action phase.
Fixed – Black Mirror can be activated from the front.
Fixed – When Mira’s OWM is placed on a reinforced wall, defenders can melee X-KAIROS pellets, exothermic charge or any other gadgets on the other side of the glass.
Fixed – Teammates killing themselves on Exothermic Charges, X-KAIROS charges, and claymores registered as a team kill.
Fixed – Operators’ skin textures in headgear pictures and character model preview are low-resolution.
Fixed – Diamond weapon skin can only be applied to Mira and Jackal.
Fixed – Diamond weapon skin unavailable in Shop.

Gameplay
Fixed
– The “heavy breathing” from DBNO Operators lingers after being revived.
Fixed – The client will crash at the splash screen when signing out from an account in the switch profile menu.
Fixed – Players teleport briefly after joining a game in progress.
Fixed – Team kills recorded incorrectly if a teammate leaves a match then rejoins.
Fixed – When afflicted by Yokai’s drone while using a camera, player could no longer switch back.
Fixed – It’s impossible to crouch and melee at the same time.
Fixed – Players are able to spot enemies with jammed drones.

Game Mode
Terrorist Hunt
Fixed – Bomb A and Bomb B icons do not appear at the top of the HUD.
Fixed – Bombers are missing waist level textures.
Fixed – Location Pings persist on the map after the Terrorist has died.
Fixed – Bomber pathing is obstructed by Barricades.
Fixed – One squad member doesn’t follow the others when joining a Terrorist Hunt match.

Bomb
Fixed – The sound propagation from Defuser planting is too low.
Fixed – When disabling the Defuser, Operator’s hands are offset.

Hostage
Fixed – Timer and infinite time symbol are missing on the HUD.

Secure Area
Fixed – The final Defender cannot remain in a DBNO state while contesting the objective.

Caster Camera
Fixed
– Operator Icons turn white after switching between players in 1st person view.
Fixed – Teammates are not highlighted if the player had previously spectated a custom game session.
Fixed – Caster View can appear broken depending on which floor is being viewed.
Fixed – Surrender option remains on the scoreboard if the caster previously initiated a surrender vote.

Custom Game
Fixed – Error "4-0xFFF0BDC0" was received when a player attempted to join an Online Custom Game.
Fixed – Error 3-0x000A0002 was received when a player attempted to create a Custom Dedicated Match.

Operators
Mira
Fixed – Black Mirror is sometimes able to be placed in a way that blocks a nearby doorway.
Fixed – The Black Mirror canister cannot be interacted with.
Fixed – Improper behavior of wall during destruction of walls with metal beams in the middle when using the Black Mirror device.
Fixed – Weapon Charms clip through Mira’s hand.

Jackal
Fixed – While the Eyenox device is active, Jackal is unable to see the red light on active Cameras.
Fixed – Eyenox prevents Jackal from seeing red lights on active cameras.
Fixed – Grouping system on “C7E” rifle inaccurate on PS4 versus PC.

Fuze
Fixed – Knee passes through Operator’s shield when crouched.
Fixed – Breaching charges can fail to detonate if detonated immediately after a Cluster Charge.
Fixed – Cluster Charge grenades have no collision with Operators when the player is positioned near the wall where the gadget is deployed.
Fixed – Cluster Charge is able to be destroyed by Thatcher’s EMP Grenade.
Fixed – Player is no longer able to control Fuze after detonating two cluster charges.

Hibana
Fixed – The operator will lose the functionality for the X-KAIROS launcher if the reload action is interrupted by a "Welcome Mat" being triggered.
Fixed – Sidearm recoil is higher than desired, and accuracy is lower than desired.
Fixed – On night maps, Hibana’s X-KAIROS pellets create a glittering effect when triggered. Party’s over everybody.

Echo
Fixed – The Hovering Drone is unable to enter Weapon Mode if placed underneath the torso of any operator.
Fixed – Yokai Drone will sometimes lose signal when attacking to some parts of the roof on Oregon.
Fixed – Sidearm recoil is higher than desired, and accuracy is lower than desired.
Fixed – EDD’s laser vanishes if Kapkan is hit by Yokai’s disrupt while picking up gadget.
Fixed – PDA has incorrect reflection visual effects.

Montagne
Fixed – The extended shield of Montagne disappears while in prone and looking from a certain angle.
Fixed – Once Montagne made a melee attack, his right hand clips trough his shield while deploying it.
Fixed – Knee passes through Operator’s shield when crouched.

Thermite
Fixed – The Legendary Texan Dynamite charge persists for several seconds after it has been destroyed.

Jager
Fixed – Magpie is missing audio and visual effects when a grenade is thrown towards it.

With all of these lovely fixes came a slew of new and past bugs.

ISSUE - Shield characters, particularly Montagne, take full damage from nitro cells. Link here

ISSUE - If Echo exits the Yokai Drone view and returns to it, the Yokai Drone's view is reset to it's original position.

ISSUE - On Jager's model view, this blue ring appears around his eye.

ISSUE - Blitz may still be shot through his shield. Link here

ISSUE - Balls on pool table (in new velvet shell map) are clientside, not allowing other players to see changes sometimes.

ISSUE - Smoke canisters attached to ceilings produce smoke on the floor above, and none on the floor below.

ISSUE - Fuze's cluster charge grenades may have an absurd range (distance, non-explosive) when considering the bouncing, flying, and rolling.

ISSUE - Caveira makes full, loud sounds when walking on metal floors in stealth mode.

ISSUE - Hibana's X-KAIROS pellets sometimes stop before detonation for no particular reason.

ISSUE - Barbed wire sometimes does not expand fully, and sits condensed on the ground. Link here

ISSUE - Players are still able to enter the shed outside using a shield-vaulting method on the map Clubhouse. Link here

ISSUE - If there are gadgets on the table in the basement of Oregon, and someone interacts with it (ie. hits it), the gadgets will all break. Link here

ISSUE - Pulse's scanner sometimes appears very glitchy, and displays various red lines, or in short, simply not providing a proper display. This may be showing wallframe geometry? Link here

ISSUE - On Kanal, if you look through a glass display, smoke's gas becomes invisible. Link here

That Kanal model room glass case glitch: You can also shoot people and be shot through it. In terrorist hunt AI also treat it as a wall and won't see you through it. You can also shoot down barricades through it too, except they will appear to take no damage and can receive 19 bullets before being broken at 20, even though individual boards will not be damaged at all. Pretty bizarre stuff. Will try to post some links later when I get time. Link 1 Link 2

ISSUE - Wall clipping on Barlett University, allowing for you being shot from outside. Link here

ISSUE - If a Montagne has his shield extended, and a player runs up and turns around, attempting to melee him, they will essentially be teleported (client-side, on their screen) behind Montagne, and be able to kill him.

ISSUE (Community Submission) - Players are unable to ping through this window on house. Link here (First 30 seconds)

ISSUE (Community Submission) - Matches may be stuck in an infinite loading screen after selecting characters.

ISSUE (Community Submission) - Many players are experiencing issues with randomly crashing to desktop.

ISSUE (Community Submission) - Players within all platforms have somewhat common issues with freezing upon character selection screen, or not being able to select a character.

ISSUE (Community Submission) - Valkyrie's face remodel has been reverted back to that of pre-Velvet Shell.

ISSUE (Community Submission) - Sometimes if you breach a wall with a Thermite charge (only tested breaching tool), the breach may destroy all of the metal reinforcement, however the wooden wall that was reinforced will remain, and will be entirely indestructible afterwards. More in-depth video

ISSUE (Community Submission) - Sometimes, after shooting/creating (large) holes in wooden barriers/walls, you may see the wireframe geometry from where the wall should have been. This is similar to the issue that pulse has whilst using his scanner.

ISSUE (Community Submission) - If a player leaves immediately before the match ends, they will not lose ELO/experience, but the winning team will gain less due to the lack of players on the enemy team.

ISSUE (Community Submission) - Frost traps may not be placed under some windows/locations on some maps, an example being here

ISSUE (Community Submission) - [Xbox One tested only] Sometimes in Terrorist Hunt, after shooting begins, a player's audio may become glitchy/stutter for the remainder of the match. This occurs whether VSync is on, or off.

ISSUE (Community Submission) - You are unable to place any form of gadget or deployable in this location on skyscraper. (The purple ping, to the east of the hatch in Geisha room on skyscraper)

ISSUE (Community Submission) - Players attempting to equip the diamond skin on Caveira's weapons will be met with a solid, obviously bugged skin instead. Link here

ISSUE (Community Submission) - After joining a match in progress as spectator (dead), the other teammates of the player that joined will show their respective operator icons above their dead bodies.

ISSUE (Community Submission) - Mira's USP40 is making inconsistent shooting sounds. For example, as opposed to what would previously have been ""thud thud thud thud thud"", it will now be "bang bang bang thud bang"

ISSUE (Community Submission) - Sometimes your weapon will not fire the first time you press your fire button/key.

ISSUE (Community Submission) - Heavy breathing may still be heard after exiting a DBNO (downed) state. Link here

ISSUE (Community Submission) - On night-time maps, the P229 pistol, when shot, will produce a blinding, slow, obstructive, and far greater muzzle flash than other guns. Link here

ISSUE (Community Submission) - On Consulate, if Echo's drone (Yokai) goes into Break Room, it will be considered "out of bounds". Link here

ISSUE (Community Submission) - Sometimes in Terrorist Hunt, the hostage (although it may be picked up) remains in the same position, performing any animations it realistically should be undergoing, such as running... only, again, in the position it initially spawned.

ISSUE (Community Submission) - On Barlett University, the furnace may not be seen from above, allowing for a one-way, wall-hack type effect. Link here

ISSUE (Community Submission) - IQ's headgear often appears with a bugged, black texture clipping through her hair, and some helmets bend to a sharp point above her right eye. The best example of this being the Angel helmet.

ISSUE (Community Submission) - IQ's nails are purple (as usual) in first person, but appear to be black in 3rd person (from the pov of other players)

ISSUE (Community Submission) - All of Rook's headgear (apart from the default) have a bugged texture for his eyes

ISSUE (Community Submission) - As Montagne, if you have your shield extended whilst someone is hitting it, once you return your shield to it's normal state (non-extended), you will not be able to move, fire, or anything of the sort whilst your shield appears to be thrown back.

ISSUE (Community Submission) - Players are being placed into ranked matches that are finishing/nearly finished, and receiving rank punishments due to it.

ISSUE (Community Submission) - Dropping through hatch in CCTV room on coastline can sometimes put you briefly 'out of bounds' as a defender.

ISSUE (Community Submission) - Occasionally in terrorist hunt, whenever a terrorist breaks down a barricade, you may not be able to replace it.

ISSUE (Community Submission) - There have been instances of audio issues, such as Hibana's X-KAIROS pellets/Ash's breaching round not being able to be heard, or sound like reloading or explosions sounding much further away than they really are.

ISSUE (Community Submission) - The range of Fuze's Cluster Charge grenade's damage appears inconsistent, and at times absurdly large.

ISSUE (Community Submission) - Sometimes when looking for a match, the UI will not display the estimated time remaining. (Tested only on casual)

ISSUE (Community Submission) - GTX 780 and 780ti GPU's appear to still have black flickering issues. Link here

ISSUE (Community Submission) - Some players are unable to purchase cosmetic skins, particularly for Buck's primaries. They receive the error "Unlock Failed" upon attempt.

ISSUE (Community Submission) - Players are able to place shields in front of reinforced castle doors, forcing them to use a ranged explosive if they wish to get into the respective room.

EDIT: This also goes for windows, as players are sometimes not able to vault in due to a shield.

ISSUE (Community Submission) - Sometimes a door may not be visible for a player, whilst the game still agknowledges it's presence. Link here

ISSUE (Community Submission) Sometimes, if you kill someone at the literal last second of the round, you will still lose. (Assume a 1v1 scenario)
