While it is funny to look at him it's actually pretty sad. Someone that does that to themselves obviously has zero self esteem and it usually goes back to a bad childhood or some major incident when they were young. Yep that's the one I was thinking of from Botched (on the left). He was wanting a chest implant or something weird like that if I remember correctly.
