I'm not getting any better at this game, although I'm probably the most helpful on missions.

 

I couldn't drive the helicopter so stayed in the same position for the entire chopper race we had and then when I finally got in to a plane to have some fun (after like an hour of trying) I accidentally pressed triangle, jumping out of the plane to my death.

 

I killed Hector though and he got madddddd, teehee.

I've heard 50 minutes but it usually lets me do it about 25 minutes after. It says once a day in-game. An hour in-game usually only takes a minute or slightly more.
