I was just wondering though because after killing "M" and some of the remarks in the movie about his age, it almost seemed like they were preparing people for a different Bond or something. Yeah, I was getting that impression until the end when Bond, the new M (Ralph Finnes) and the new Moneypenny (Naomie Harris) all seemed a bit cosy and it felt as if they were propelling themselves for the next film as that 'team'. I actually thought Skyfall was more in tune to the classics and Craig actually put more typical Bond performance. Dunno whether I just didn't warm to him in the first couple or whether those films derailed Bond's roots. The Bond timeline seems incredibly mashed now since the new Casino Royale film.
