I would say its a similar fire rate to the Mtar when you dont use the sight (fire rate seems to slow down when you have the sight up). TTK is very quick again similar to the Mtar and the recoil seems to be minimal. Specially on maps like Warhawk (dunno if this is what the map is actually called, got a tank on the loading screen) where I usually run either smgs or ar's depending on the oposition.
