I'm curious as to what some of your "go to" games are? We all have one or seven that when we don't know what to play, or are waiting for the next big release to arrive, we go back to at some point. It could be a favorite game, One you've mastered or a timeless classic. I have a few. Resident Evil 4 on the Wii, The Messenger, any Mega Man game and of course Destiny. So what's some of yours FG?

Let's get this going for our PC Destiny players! We'll probably do VoG, but we can look at DSC too for an easier PC run just to get feels for this. Feel free to put your thoughts in on what raid you want to do.

This looks incredible. GTFO is a hardcore 4 player cooperative game, with a focus on team play and atmosphere. It features procedural gameplay scenarios through its Expedition Director, edge-of-your-seat suspense, team based puzzle solving and high intensity combat. It also states that each experience is unique and dynamic. I'm absolutely getting this when it comes out. Co-operative gameplay against something that looks incredibly dark and realistic works for me. Out in 2018.

I just don't get it. If I want to buy a game as I like the look of it, I then first look to see what platform i'll play it on, usually where FGers go to. If its PC, I do not think for one second that its only available on the Epic Store, or Steam, or Blizzard, etc. I'm sorry if that disappoints people but I don't even think about it. I can't understand any of these launchers give you in addition to just being able to be a space where i can have less clicks moving from one game to another. I only foresee one major thought process that could trigger why i'd buy specifically from one and not the other and that's down to if I love a game so much i want to support them directly and make sure they don't lose enough cut of the pie, and in those rare occasions i'd buy direct from the game website. Can people fill me in here? Am I supposed to care more about this than I do today?

Right, I'm looking to sort my monitor out early part of this year alongside a PC desk setup so I can fully enjoy the PC I made last year with all of your help. Good news is that I don't believe I have to go for white now which was a requirement last year (to mine and everyone else's annoyance!). So the only real requirements I have is to compliment my PC build I have (i'll dig out my thread shortly to help the search and I don't believe I can go bigger than a 32", likely gonna need slightly smaller due to the area I play in. Whats a good budget for a good one? £200-£300? Any help is really appreciated.

If anyone wants to get in on this game please use this link to sign up. After you reach level 5, then again at 10, I will get a little bonus IP (influence points) which can be used to unlock Champions, runes, etc. It's just a refer a friend system. Anyway... onto the game. League of Legends (LoL) is a free-to-play multiplayer online battle arena game. The game has a tutorial that I highly recommend new players utilize. It definitely helps to walk you through the basics. Even after you complete the tutorial, there's still much to learn. It's an easy game to play, but a difficult game to master. Their website has an official New User Guide as well as a New Player Forum. After completing the tutorial you can choose between PvP, PvBots, or Custom Game. I highly recommend PvBots and Custom Game for those who are a little more casual and/or new to the game/genre. But if you wait too long to jump into PvP (like I did) you'll end up gimping yourself because humans play very different than bots. Players are formed into 2 even teams of Champions, 3v3 or 5v5. As of April 30, 2013, there are 113 different champions from which to choose. Each player begins at opposing sides of a map in an area called the Spawning Pool, near what is called a Nexus. A match is won when either team's nexus is destroyed. To destroy a Nexus, each team must work through a series of Turrets placed along a path to each base referred to as a Lane. Along the way, each player gains levels from killing the opposing team's champions and Minions (NPCs that constantly spawn and attack the other team) and defeating neutral monsters. Completing objectives rewards players with gold which is used to purchase items. Forever Gaming LoL Players: Minimum and Recommended System Requirements:

Well. The holidays are coming around and I've wanted to build a PC for the longest time. My laptop just doesn't do it anymore. I ultimately wanna just stick this baby by my TV and play there (32 inch Panasonic TV). The games I typically play on my computer aren't very crazy. I tend to play older games that I've never tried before. Old Fallout, Bioshock, (I'd love to play the first and second Witcher games!!!), I play a lot of co-op games with my friends on my laptop. We will run around and play Overcooked 2, Battleblock Theater or Trine, even Diablo games. But i'm at that point where it's impossible now. I love LoL (haven't played that in forever, it just can't handle it anymore!) In a nutshell, I play with IRL friends and I get my alone time when I play on PC. As opposed to the PS4 which I'm pretty much in a party the whole time. So don't worry! I'm not converting! I need to build an introvert machine. THE BUILD I've been watching loads of videos. This seems to be pretty 'budget'. I'm questioning the memory though. If I had a nicer computer, i'd like to try and edit videos properly. So any ideas? CPU: Intel - Pentium G4560 3.5 GHz Dual-Core Processor ($68.99) Motherboard: ASRock - B250M-HDV ($56.29) Memory: G.Skill NT 8GB ($65.99) Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB ($41.00) Kingston - A400 120GB ($21.99) Video Card: EVGA GTX 1050ti ($194.88) Case: Thermaltake Versa H17 ($35.71) Power Supply: EVGA 500W ($35.52) https://pcpartpicker.com/user/capn_underpants/saved/D7RMZL

Event Title: FG PC Night Event Author: GazzaGarratt Calendar: Community Calendar Event Date: 08/23/2018 08:00 PM to 08/23/2018 11:00 PM With some folk around let's kick around an FG PC gametime! We'll try and update the Calendar Event with the game of choice if you can comment on the relevant thread! Choice of games will depend on who's available and who has what but here's a start: Left4Dead2 DayZ Raft League of Legends RB6: Siege PUBG Star Citizen Arma 3 Payday 2 The Forest Battlefield (BFBC2, BF3, BF4, BF1) COD (lol though I'd do the MW2 co-op missions for a laugh) This list could go on but yeah... Other suggestions are more than welcome but just for the record - no 7 Days to Die. Hoping that game has a new patch this month. Then we'll be on it with our dedicated server. FG PC Night N.B. If viewing this via the FG App, please visit the Calendar event via browser to RSVP. Thanks.

I’m looking for PC games similar to rust and Conan exiles. Envolving crafting, survival, gathering and PVE that sort of stuff. If anyone could help me out with suggestions would be appreciated. 😀

15 minutes of gameplay from the new Metal Gear Survive game. It's a co-operative multiplayer horde game alongside a Single Player, which is a spin off from the Metal Gear Solid series. Beta PS Store link The Metal Gear Survive beta is now available on both PS4 and Xbox One. The beta runs through January 21 and features two maps, three missions, and live events, according to Konami. As described below, those who play the beta will receive in-game bonuses in the full version, should they decide to purchase it. It looks amazing so i'm definitely going to be trying this out before it goes away. Any thoughts?

Okay. So change of plan maybe. I may be extremely lucky to get some early inheritance which would buy a PC. Now every time I start looking at a PC, I think 'I could build it and probably save a heap of money, but....' maybe its just easier getting a ready built PC. However, I don't know what is actually a decent deal if it is. For once in my life I actually get the chance to ask what's the best PC available to run Star Citizen, Overwatch, Rainbow 6, Divinity, 7 Days, Minecraft. I trust all your opinions as you know more than me easily. I did put my old PC together but thats way over 10 years ago and i'm possibly worried i'd mess it up. Let me know what you think guys.
