Keep motes til Xur shows up, might be selling year 2 exotic engrams I hope

I'd define tilt keep motes , at least until we know what Xur is selling, I've also got loads of stuff I probably don't need, could do with thinking through what to keep, what to trade

Important point from that video in the still piercer sniper, he needed legendary snipers to dismantle to finish the quest, and used year 1 stuff to do it. So don't rush in to dismantling too much year 1 stuff yet, might be useful to complete quest steps

No reason we can't do a blind raid in a couple of weeks, just no cheating!

Looks like we have plenty of interest. Timing is going to depend on when people reach the light level needed to access the Raid (I'm guessing this will be a requirement), will find that on Friday and go from there

On infusing weapons and armour it looks like only year 2 stuff will be able to be infused. Also you need a similar type piece, of similar or higher level to infuse, which I think means all the year 1 stuff is not going to be useful for infusing. Legendary marks - at the moment the only way I can see to get legendary marks is play the daily crucible activity (bottom left of destination screen). This gives 15 legendary marks but I think is only available for one character per day. Haven't got good enough gear to open the strike playlist that gives marks as well, but hope to get to it soon. Anyone else got sources for legendary marks?

I think it's going to be light level that determines if you can get in the raid. Level 40 is easy but it won't let me do the nightfall as my gear sucks. Think it will be the same for the raid but let's check as we go along

Anyone give a monkey's about this? Last few weeks I've been deliberately doing stuff to boost my score including ghost collecting. End of year one I have a score of 3540. Would have been 3545 as we did Crota yesterday in order to get the new ghosts and I forgot to go get the last one, as we got sucked into killing the pointing guy one more time. Paraphrase famous Dirty Harry quote: "I know what you're thinking, did he pick up three ghosts or only two. Well in all the excitement I kinda forgot myself" Anyway 3540 is my score, anyone higher?

I was thinking it would be good to do the new Raid blind first time, meaning no previewing you tube vids, basically avoiding knowing much about it before we go in. Anyone up for it? Probably means trying to get a character to level 40 reasonably quickly and then scheduling a time. Not sure how long it will take to get to level 40, but can play it by ear a bit once we all get on TTK

After 12 hours downloading mine was still showing 55 hours this morning.

If you don't have to commit to all 8 weeks I would definitely do 1 week . Physios can be really helpful even as just a one off.

Shotguns damage down 45% in PvE is what it says. Seems unnecessary to me

Burn reduced from 3x damage to 2x damage for players but not enemies. That sucks

Seen two films lately, Pixels (Charlie's birthday treat). Was actually quite fun, not going to win any oscars but easy laughs And Maze Runner, a low rent hunger games, was ok. Second one in the series is coming out soon. I like stuff like this , as it's about the only genre my entire family will watch together

So how did we get on? wont get home for another 6 hours so cant check? I quite enjoyed being part of the war clan again, but just wanted to put a couple of comments: - war day started a bit late in my weekend, I managed to get 2 attacks in but only by throwing a few gems at troop and spell creation. Can it start earlier or is it just luck of the draw in finding an opponent? - because of that the 6 hour free for all started after I had left for work. As it looked like we had a few AFK's I jumped on just before I left and went for a lower level than I should have done, hope nobody minds - Charlie - I have no idea what happened. He went up to bed and I saw him attack someone he shouldn't have done. So I go up, tell him he went too low, but not giving him a hard time, its clear he just thought he had to gofor the 'recommended target' not the 'opposite number' so it didn't seem a big deal. Come back down, see Jasons polite reminder of the rules, and that Charlie has quit the clan. Go back up to ask why. Charlie hadnt even realised he'd quit (apparently). So either a glitch or a strop, or a fat thumb screw up. Someone open the clan to let him back in please

This is the thing that worries me about bungie and TTK. HoW as part of the roadmap was so badly done. It's only been out 3 months and it's obsolete. For me bungie need to find a way of keeping old content relevant. Upgrading VoG, CE, PoE to make them a way of getting up towards level 40 would have been a good step. Still I have taken the plunge and ordered TTK

Apparantly any exotic bounties in progress will auto complete next week after the update, from the bungie weekly update

Should add to mine: 3 trophies still to get (flawless raider, ghosts , salvage captures) ghosts I'll get, salvage never heard of. Flawless is possible Also never done PoE 35 And never killed Crota as swordbearer
