So we have the 3rd installment of the Batman: Arkham series... Unfortunatly I haven't got to play it very much over the weekend despite getting it Friday, and to my surprise a special edition turned up and I only payed standard price, that was nice... From the little I have played, you will find a lot of the locations and places it sends you to early on are identical or very much the same as the previous instalments, they are all set in the same city after all... Some of the parts early on do seem very linear, there isn't anywhere to go wrong on a long windy corridor... This soon ends and your back out into the city where you can go where you like. As I say a lot of what I have seen so far gameplay wise is very much the same as the previous titles, surely that's a good thing. I'm only on the second boss right now (Deathstroke) and it's soo hard I'm on around attempt 20-25 trying to defeat him... I like the story so far already, the voice acting as always is excellent, the gameplay is great as in previous titles and it's good I see some new faces new characters, a lot of whom I didn't know... They were never in the cartoons I ever saw, probably in the comics... The game gives good detailed info on them all too, it's great reading the little profiles for each of the characters you meet... I definatly recommend this game to almost anyone, especially those that enjoyed the previous 2, you can't go wrong... This title also has an online mode, however I cannot tell you what that is at this time, I'll certainly get around to it... I'll post some further thoughts as I progress through the game...

A little story, I updated the software on my iphone, it decided to turn on iCloud which then downloaded everything I had purchased previously, I was listening to my usual dubstep when NWA greatest hits album came on... I forgot how good rap is!

Iv not played it since the release of BO2, I'm thinking of putting it on over this next week to get myself back into the COD zone, ready for ghosts, but I won't be getting it until ps4... I'll add you when I try a bit if mw3...

The game itself is great I think, but this year there are more things people can exploit to make the game unbearable... Against another like minded player the game is awesome... Against random kids, I'd rather punch myself in the bollocks repeatedly...

Despite my ranting I do really like this FIFA, I just wish there was like a giant boxing glove to come out the console and give most the idiots that play a good punch after a game...

Jesus Christ! This game is infuriating! I just don't understand the mind set of the pricks that play it...why must they exploit every flaw in he game to win at all costs? Iv played 2 types of players this weekend, noobs who don't have a clue and you just beat them silly Or, people who just exploit every little thing, nothing but lobbed through balls, they also know heading is OP even after the patch, and just pace down the wings an produce a perfect cross every time... I'm building my attack through good passing mixtures of tactics trying to create a shooting opportunity, lose the ball, big boot up field, perfect touch! My defenders are charging in the opposite direction, opponent through on goal scores every time... AAAAAAAARRRRRRGGGGHHHHHH!!!

What does dedicated servers actually mean? I know it's a good thing and all but I'm not exactly sure what's good about it and what it means for us... If it makes the game smooth with no lag, then I expect ghosts to be like mw2 for me, totally addicting and the only thing I want to play... -
Is it all working now? Because I couldn't join anyone over the weekend, join crew members etc just didn't work...

We do lack quality in wide positions, everyone we have just seems to have place in their game... Walcott- injured, has actually been pretty decent recently Chamberlain- probably our best winger, has all the attributes and desire to do well, unfortunatly injured Townsend- unproven, hasn't exactly done much of any note over the last few years Milner- poor Adam Johnson- greedy, but dosent posses the talent or end product for such greediness Downing- injured, good crosser, but generally poor Jarvis- pace no end product Sterling- no end product Young- sometimes has something special, has been out of favour of late Welbeck will probably play wide left and Milner on the right... EDIT, Lennon is just shit...

I turned it off twice and no character so I had to create a new one... Then it acts like iv never played before putting me back with Lamar, so I though fuck that an turned it off... I'll probably be stuck with this new character when I try again tomorrow...

I'm getting seriously pissed off with this game now, not only does it not let me join any friends, it's lost my character 3 times... Meaning I have to keep creating new 1s using that diabolical character creator!

Personally I think it's way different, dribbling and precision passing is a big part of my game and this year it caters to such a play style I feel... But if your gettin a ps4 anyway you should probably wait...
