Oh wow... I wasn't able to watch the video. I thought it was a different one I've seen. A woman is walking down the isle, stops and drops a load in like 2 seconds, pulls her pants up and just keeps walking. I saw that one on a Fail video. I need to see this one now, lol.

I used all of mine except for 10 or so. I didn't have that many to use. I spent a lot of them just before we found out that all of our year one stuff would become obsolete. I need to get back to saving them up.

If you really want to be a part of the community, post more sure, but jump into a party and say hi. Play games with everyone. That's how we all get to know each other. Shoot aliens and talk shit. Seriously dude. Just jump into any party chat that any of us are in and say, what's up guys. Boom, done. We rarely send invites or anything, we all just know to hop in and say hi.

You'll be fine. Just complete the story, do a bunch of Quests, and do the Daily Crucible. You'll be caught up in no time.

You use use the motes to level up the gear that you have equipped. Whatever you're wearing/using when you select "use" on the Mote, will help give the items XP to level them up faster. Not sure what else they're used for now.

I don't like the cheese to farm this, but I think it's a cool idea overall. Thanks for the explanation. I bought 5 of these this morning.

My first impressions... 9/10. This is what the game should have been. I'm loving everything so far. There's so much new stuff, I don't know what to even do. I love the feeling of starting over with weapons and armor. Didn't think I would, but now that I'm back in the chase for new and better stuff, I'm hooked again. I think they've added several more months worth of material for me to keep playing. Good job, Destiny.

Weapon packs? I haven't heard anything about this. Sounds shitty. Need to look it up.

I used my old guns for the first few missions but you'll be using the new ones fairly quickly. The new ones do a lot more damage. It's sad to see the old ones go.
