No other cycle could take down the reapers because they did not know they were coming. Every Civilization had the citadel as it's hub, ironically the citadel was the gateway. You take out the hub and start travelling to the most powerful Civilizations. You take out communication so no other Civilization knows what is going on. They were kind of blind sided. The current Civilization was able to stop them through quick thinking and a bit of convincing through Shepard. I he protheans didn't have enough time to complete the crucible. With Shepards help, we were able to complete the crucible and, depending how you ended it, became the reapers. Slowly building the gateways for the next cycle to repeat. That's right folks, I became the reapers and I will be coming back to harvest you when you build up the technology again. -
You could use any primary for the heavy ammo glitch. I use the primary shotgun or sniper rifle because you get less than 20 ammo to begin with. Drop it down to 0, use your heavy ammo. Switch to ice breaker, every kill drops a heavy.

It's not about running the Devils Lair for the millionth time. Like Chris said, it's an addiction. It's like asking why a person goes to the casino every day and plays slots. It's the same slots but the outcome may lead to the jackpot. Plus I'm only running the nightfall and then raid on the weekend.

First 7 shards Second dragons breath Third Crest of alpha lupi I guess it's good because I got exotics. What I really want is some legendary weapons. I didn't have alpha lupi for Titan but I don't need it. I don't have the raid helmet to make be 32. Oh well. There's always a next week.

First impression: My first game was pretty overwhelming. It is basically just take playing your first game of civilization 5. You don't know what everything means and there's a lot of little buttons and diddly doos to click on. Lots of coming soon buttons. Nonetheless, it plays like a space age Civilizations game would. Huge maps, artifacts, buildings to construct, and etc. What was a little dull is that I played about 35 minutes and there's no other sign of life. It felt like I was alone in the universe. Although I did select a huge map and only had about 4 other players. There are many planets you can colonize. Huge areas to explore. For a beta, this game is worth checking out.

I just picked up this strategy game from steam. It's still in beta testing but looks promising. It's on sale for 29.99 and looks like it will be a beautiful game. I'll post more about this when I play it tonight. Anyone else play it?

It does, but if it takes me 45 minutes to complete one nightfall, in my opinion it's not worth the time. I'd rather do bounties and gain one rank a week. The side that wants to gamble can only win so many times. It won this week for sure. Did three nightfalls and got nothing. Dead orbit all the way But now I'm sticking to the future war cult. I'm dying to get the chance with field scout and firefly.

Honestly the chances of getting a good weapon are low. I've gotten most of the exotic weapons and armour that I need. The only thing that a nightfall could drop to make me real happy is the chance hand Cannon with field scout and firefly. Other than that, I don't need any more shards or energy. I think levelling your factions gives a better chance for a decent drop. If there's no burn next week than I most likely will only do one. (I'm most likely lying, we'll find out)

Finished all my nightfalls: I forgot what I got with Ryan, I think shards or energy or something so insignificant that I sharded. 7 energies Ldr 5001 solar without any good perks. All in all, no more nightfalls without burns. They're a waste of time.

Oops, you’re halfway through the Daily Story Mission and realize you need that Fusion Rifle with Void. No worries, it’s just a couple clicks away. You’re standing in front of Xûr and you’re two coins short. Your Hunter just completed the Weekly Heroic Strike and he has the extra coinage you need. Tap, Tap, Purchase. You just unlocked that upgrade node and need just one more Shard… you get the idea. Looks like you can switch weapons between characters much easier now! That's pretty cool.

Bungie trolling us again. Let me guess, they don't set the burns, it's random. Next week we'll have a burn. The week after is going to be omnigul again to punish those without the dlc.
