    They're splitting it into 2 payments of 250k. First payment should be in-game at the end of the week (not sure if Friday or Sunday) We'll have a update that needs to be installed before we get the moolah. Second payment should be at the end of October.

    Ah, I thought you mean't an armored van. I feel silly for not realizing. I found out last night, to get the top armor upgrade, you need to be level 100. I've got a long way to go
