I'd love to see one for all of them. Pretty sure Roger Moore was worse
What I liked about Spectre/ Daniel Craig Bond: Casino Royale->Quantum->Skyfall-> Spectre are all one continous story. Which is something Bond films have never done. (Even if the connection between Sky and Spectre was horribly bad)
I think for me what could summarize the disappointment was a general sense of wasted potential. The action scenes had good ideas and were nicely shot but never culminated into anything great.
The opening tracking shot was amazing... but pointless. The helicopter fight felt like I had seen it before. The snowy plane chase was boring. The train fight was probably the best action scene but had no real pain or weight like in Casino Royale. The escape from the lair was laughably brief. The worst offender was the car chase in Rome which off the top of my head is the worst car chase I have ever seen. I kept waiting for it to start. Every few moments I would be anticipating a burst of action but it never came. Bond was just being perused at slightly elevated pace glancing in the mirror every now and then. There was no shooting, no clashing, not even pedestrians jumping out of the way. Bond ejected himself and it was over. That was it!? Even the headache-inducing car chase in QoS was better than that!
Jupiter Ascending, quick and dirty thoughts:
It had a ton of potential. Rarely does a new Science Fiction universe come along, and so I was excited for this one.
The villains were petulant children, they were boring, and honestly you get annoyed by them more than you ever care about them.
The heroes are just as bad. You honestly never care about any of them, their plight, or their story.
The action sequences were better than most movies. Also, zero shaky-cam bullshit
The CGI was really solid and amazing.
