  1. Second, great write up. I did not receive notification of access. Probably should have used a different e-mail as it's likely on some Ubi blacklist for breaking FC4 and insulting them. From what you shared I probably wouldn't care for the game but teaming up would have been interesting.

  2. Finished watching the first season last night. Going into it I imagined the show would hit the ground running with Saul but ended up liking the time taken giving us back story and watching Jimmy get pulled in a few different directions before he decides to completely embrace his Slippin' Jimmy roots. Maybe by doing so they tried to make it easier for people who haven't watched BrBa to digest but it was entertaining and well done. Also it was probably known the show wouldn't be canceled after one season which allowed them to plan it well.

It continues the proven BrBa formula of exploring how people behave when they hit the end of their rope. Mike's good person/criminal - criminal/good person talk pretty much sums up both shows. Kind of funny making the viewer root for antihero sleazy scumbag criminal lowlifes. Can't wait to see where season 2 takes us!

On the Ogg in a fat suit idea: interesting thought but take it from a flabby bastard thats totally real fat. You can tell in the basement when he's in his robe slugging mimosas and bending over by how his gut moves in space under it. I don't think a fat suit is capable of that. Not even a practical & CG combo. Also when Saul is smacking his face, thats a real double chin.

  3. It is pretty bad Joe - the game seems to be running on a very old and ropey engine and the combat is less than user-friendly. Best thing to do is spend the Praxis Points on augmentations that stabilize your aim and the recoil in weapons. Even then it's not perfect but it does make a difference.

    Thanks for the tip.

  4. I have to get back on playing Human Revolution - Director's Cut. Like Phil I throw stealth out the window if its an option, but has anyone else experienced issues with the bullet hit detection? It's crap IMO. I was really getting into the game but shooting people and getting abused in return is aggravating.

I am interested in hearing more about the new one though.

  5. It's a 2014.

I had a 2008 with 120,000 miles on it only thing I ever did to it was new rotors and breaks. Change oil and fluids. I've had more issues with the Nissan I had over the Ford

2014 even better! Have you considered picking up an ECU tuner, or a chip if its available, for it? I helped my bro-in-law not too long ago with the computer end of chipping his diesel. It's not terribly difficult from the computer end. Getting the brain out and back in is a bitch! The OB2 tuners are cake. Get like 1200fpt with a few button presses

Nice. I've got the Mamba 2013, only bought it to experience a newer Razer product and because I couldn't leave Eurogamer last year without buying something. It accompanies my RAT 5 and Corsair M60, both of which I prefer to the Razer. The Razer is a great mouse, performs very well but there are two reasons I prefer the other two which are 100% down to myself: the Razer is a bit slippery for my dry skin, and I like my DPI adjustable on the fly.

I'm still enjoying the Razer, make no mistake, but it's certainly made me think about other things I wouldn't have when buying a mouse.

I did just get it yesterday so I haven't dialed it in yet but you're right. I'm noticing how slippery it is also. I use a claw grip and it seems like it wants more of a palm grip to weigh it down. When I click the cursor moves up which fubars accuracy.

The things that sold me were the wired/wireless with rechargeable battery features, and the button layout is the same as my Logitech. I can't deal with all sorts of buttons all over the place and I'm not using store bought batteries. I was kind of amazed by the price but the quality is there, even in the packaging.

Side discussion: On the dry skin am I the only one who cringes when I discover something, like a mouse or controller, is unnecessarily greasy. Like any time there’s an in store game display the controllers are so greasy they’ve lost all texture and it’s like the grease has changed the molecular structure of the plastic. It's gross. If you're greasy and all your shit is oiled up don't take offense!

  6. Great first episode to start! Never knew a Musky would come right up to a person, especially one making a ton of noise, and bite the shit out of you like he showed. I enjoy the North American episodes a little more knowing I could try to catch one if I wanted.

I'm fascinated when the show exposes big fish hitting on such small bait. Like the rig he caught the Musky on and the ep with the Tarpon hitting on a fly.

  7. Best of luck?

It wasn't a Ford joke. It's a 2012 right? It made it 3 years without exploding. :P Wishing you luck with it is all, it's really nice!

    Bought my first car today:

    mini

    Congratulations! :)

I feel bad about the crappy pic but... My girl was complaining about her mouse, it was a piece, and I've been looking at the Mamba 2012 for a while now (because of it's wired and wireless capability) so I ordered these. She wanted a less expensive mouse but I chose the G400s for her because it's pretty much a Logitech MX510 which I've been using with no issue for 10 years now.

  8. Sega Sale on at the minute including Alien Isolation for just £7.99 :o

Damn! Looking at the season pass... It includes 5 add on DLC's but then there are 2 more one of which is Crew Expendable where you play the Alien movie! I want them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The information is very vague on Steam though. The Season pass doesn't say what items it includes. Guess I have to do the research.

The game is awesome BTW thanks again for the heads up; I beat the 10th mission yesterday. It's scared the shit out of me several times. I got snatching up from behind once, when it cut to the load screen I noticed my heart was pounding

    Definitely worth £7.99 / $12.49

  9. I figured he'd be let go. Can't go around hitting people.

I like Jake Humphrey's suggestion of Eddie Jordan as a replacement. If you don't like Eddie just stare into his shirts. They'll hypnotize you. You wont remember what happened only that you've watched it. :D

  10. New game footage.

"Our brand new extended gameplay video, Officer Down, is released today. As the citizens of Gotham flee and criminal gangs take control of the city, Batman uses his own special methods to discover the true purpose behind Scarecrow's plans.
