oh man, you're making me want to start playing again. I'm in the middle of completing the Vampire Lord quests. Good times. Tommy is right. Stealth + Archery is ridiculous. One Hit Kills even on the hardest difficulty. Which is kind of unfortunate that its so easy to break the game. I tried for archery headshots only after that, lol.

Lol Nerd Rage. Thank God Damon is out. That would really have fucked things up. Although, I'm starting to come around on Affleck. He was good in the Town. I tried to re-watch Daredevil. It's beyond a failure. Colin Farrell is in it as Bullseye. He has a bullseye on his forehead for no apparent reason. There is a scene where he's standing on his motorcycle as its driving itself and he's throwing chinese stars. Just over the top ridiculous. And poor Jennifer Garner, who had to go and make a spinoff of this movie; probably contractual.

I went to visit my friend Mike yesterday, he lives with his Dad. I had a friend with me that his Dad didn't know. He introduced himself as Brock and shook his hand. Then Mike's Dad looked right at me and reached out his hand saying "And you are?..." Funny thing is, I have known this guy since I was a kid, although I hadn't seen him in a couple years. Synchronicity I really enjoy it man. As you know I follow a lot of current events. That shit is depressing. So I try to balance it with my exercise, yoga and I meditate every night. I need to add that section too.

The reason I say to wait is because you will make all kinds of gains; being a beginner. You don't really need "an edge" that creatine gives you until later.

People that work 3rd shift should take Melatonin. You can read about it if you like, but its important. It's cheap and natural too so its a no brainer for me. Our bodies release Melatonin when it gets dark. Because you work when its night and sleep during the day, your body doesn't release as much as it should. It's an important hormone that helps prevent Cancer. I wouldn't bother taking Creatine until you have 6 months of lifting weights under your belt. But that's just my advice.
