J4MES OX4D 10,072
I'm in the market for a new SSD - £80-£120 range. Evo 860 and MX500 seem decent but is there any others worth a look or is it between those two? Cheers! The 840 is a survivor from my last PC (was my boot drive) and is 8 years old. 🙂 BO7H B4RRELS and J4MES OX4D 2 Link to comment https://forevergaming.co.uk/forum/forums/topic/8030-best-1tb-ssd/#findComment-131275 Share on other sites

What's the best and most affordable drive of this nature? I have considered moving up from SATA but this drive will likely be just for game storage rather than a primary boot device. BO7H B4RRELS 2,453
Samsung Evo has always been good to me but part of me feels like I'm paying for the name. But with not having any issues at all and how long it has lasted, I'd probably choose it again.
