Fallout 76 may even go F2P as it'll be foolish putting the game on for £39.99 when it can be got for about £8 in bargain bins and that was even a couple of months back. Knew Bethesda would struggle with their own store and that they would ultimately come back or suck up to Epic. It should be for games like Wolfenstein and Doom but I fear other brands will have more aggressive monetization models in place now to mitigate the revenue slice lost per transaction. They were the chief instigators for paid mods on Steam and I worry them returning will bring the old controversies back too.
