phil bottle 9,761
4k seems to be getting pushed a lot now. Hope this game is going to be epic, cheers for sharing! cyberninja2601 1,106
I don't really care about 4K. It's a nice bonus, but if the games aren't any good who cares. I also hope that 4k does not come at the expense of console performance. J4MES OX4D 10,035
This is a pretty retarded piece of marketing that will only lead to disappointment. Doing a '4K' tech demo on architecture that isn't capable of native support is just going to mislead people before the inevitable release cries of 'downgrade'. 1080p and 60fps should be the priority and not semi-4K compatibility upscaled at a risk of framerates below 30fps. I can see so many publishers playing the 4K card just to help shift the 'new gen' of consoles but people are going to be let down in the long run and it'll just be a repeat of the current gen when games have to be scaled down and performance is well below standard. It will, even the PS4 Pro has the capability to output at 4K but cannot actually run those games. I'll find that article. Most games will be running 1080p and 90hz i7 7700k, 16GB RAM, GEFORCE 1080, 240GB SSHD, 2TB SSD Link to comment https://forevergaming.co.uk/forum/forums/topic/3859-mass-effect-andromeda-4k-tech-demo/#findComment-83955 Share on other sites
