Upgraded Bad JuJu and the Truth Bought two helmet engrams and got Helm of Saint-14 and Helm of Inmost Light. I personally don't think it matters on which character you open the engrams... its all BS RNG anyway... as for the ammo synth... not sure why that happened... sucks though... That's happened to me alot, make sure your inventory isn't full, that's what was causing mine not to work. I guess it's a known issue, I just didn't know it.
