You can get the first chest in Crota's End solo: You don't have to fight any enemies so it doesn't matter what level you are. I did it last night and got Monte Carlo (the upgraded one at that). techno 3,476 Posted December 14, 2014 Share Posted December 14, 2014 Just found something out certainly don't think it supposed to happen but on my hunter I've ended up with no vanguard mark all I except the dead orbit one I've just bought to rank dead orbit, the thing is its ranking dead orbit and vanguard at the same time. I'm vanguard rank 1 if that makes a difference. Now I dare not remove the vanguard mark from my other class, actually might put it in vault see if it works on other classes of higher ranks. techno 3,476 Posted December 14, 2014 Share Posted December 14, 2014 Warlock bond, Titan mark etc ranks vangaurd If you equip one you buy from a faction and equip that it ranks the faction I only have the faction one to equip on my hunter but it's ranking vanguard and faction together. I an now seeing if this works by putting vanguard ones in vault so all my character have faction bonds, marks only to equip so essentially ranking both.
