  1. Trilogy Remaster basically Mass Effect: Legendary Edition officially announced | PC Gamer WWW.PCGAMER.COM BioWare has finally confirmed that the Mass Effect trilogy remaster is happening. There is also a brand new Mass Effect game coming too which BioWare will probably screw up. At least the first 3 are a pretty safe bet.
  2. 5 months have passed, they've fixed a series of bugs and now they've confirmed there is no longer any patches or DLC for the single player mode. Not surprising but more to the point that it now closes the door on this game that even BioWare can't deny it's been an awful release that shattered the future of the game completely. Its never nice to see a decent franchise close down like this so soon after release of their latest game but I couldn't agree more that its the right business decision. There was little pull to the game for me. It wasn't horrendous but for AAA game to be 'okay' it needed more. It will still have MP releases however, which will make the more missions available. Again, if it felt more fluid movement in MP then maybe I'd consider a return but I can't see any mechanics changing that make it smoother.

  5. Found some interesting stuff about the new MP missions. Mass Effect: Andromeda‘s multiplayer mode includes category called Missions. These limited-time activities can be played in either single-player or multiplayer, providing a link between the two. Missions were touched upon by BioWare previously, but we now have our first look at the selection screen. Thanks to this new image from game producer Fernando Melo, we can see the types of rewards we get from these Missions and what they could look like. As you can see, Missions give out single-player and multiplayer rewards. Some are timed, and have specific gameplay modifiers. According to lead designer Ian S. Frazier, you can either send strike teams on these missions to earn single-player rewards, or actually go in yourself with buddies in multiplayer to earn rewards for both single-player and multiplayer. Frazier also confirmed that although multiplayer will be available from the get go, Missions mode will be unlocked after reaching a certain point in the story. Earlier today, BioWare outlined some of what’ll be available in the game’s EA and Origin Access trial, as far as limitations on both single-player multiplayer go.
  6. Mass Effect: Andromeda current release date March 21st for Playstation 4, Xbox One and PC
  7. A spot to discuss anything related to the muliplayer component of Mass Effect 3. I wasn't sure what forum to put this in, ME3 being an RPG but this topic being about the multiplayer. Share usernames, schedule times to play, post tips, tricks, strategies, builds, whatever. If it's warranted, I'll index all the content in the first post. Let's kick it off yo. This beat up piece of paper has my build for every character. I may be changing the Volus Adept, I really liked playing him as a Shield Boost spamming Stasis sniper. Need to test drive it on a few Gold games though.
  8. So, I got the trilogy about a week or so ago, started with the first game and... well, I enjoy it but.... am I playing it wrong? My weapons are fairly good, or atleast I think they are (I can't tell), but my armor is still the same basic armor, if I'm not mistaken. I have a stronger piece of armor but I can't equip it, and the other ones I have are weaker. I can die fairly easily considering I only have one shield, so I'm not sure if I just suck at the game or I'm just playing wrong. I need some clarification, even if it is just opinion based. -Note: I'm already a Spectre and I have about three/four story missions pending. I remember being told that I was supposed to go to training right after the cutscene of becoming a Spectre, but I just headed to the docking bay. Did I miss anything according to gameplay that might aid me in making me....decent?

  10. Favorite squadmate I'll say Wrex for a combination of extreme personality and extreme effectiveness. Close second would be Tali for spunk/personality. Favorite NPC No brainer - Joker Honorable mentions: Calyn, Elcor Ambassador - why: Chastising rebuke Din... lol Captain Anderson - why: rich backstory Asari counsellor - why: hottest of all the Asari Matriarch Benezia - why: biggest blue tits in recorded history Conrad Verner - why: memorable in his weirdness
