Tritton Pro+ Headset Not Working

I've opened up a ticket with Tritton to try and fix this but today my headset started an issue where it would go off randomly. It seems like a loose cable somewhere because if I jiggle about the cable that goes in to volume control at the top, it randomly goes off and on. If I can jiggle it on, and then don't move an inch then I can use the headset but if I move to, let's say, breath, then it goes off.

 

 

I know you've had an issue with your headset Dave, hopefully Tritton can fix it. Annoying anyway, they're only 15 or so months old.

Funnily enough, I didn't throw them. They've been well taken care of. I was getting loss of hearing in one cup last week, sorted itself out for a bit. Loose cables are a bitch. Like you Dave.

I've opened the ticket with them. I'll see what they reply with then I'll phone.

Many times.

When it loses power and I jiggle the cable to get it back on, I hear sound but my mic shows as not working. To get it to work I turn on and off and then it works again.
