oh man that's infuriating, can't say that i haven't faced similar indifference both from people and companies during my life here in greece and my disability isn't as bad as hers, it's sad but they only do the bare minimum if they do it at all for disabled people, you may meet awesome supportive people but there are some who are so cold hearted it's scary

long story short my son plays wheelchair rugby so have a massive respect to paraplegics etc for what they achieve. What happened to her was disgusting and the airline should be shamed……
