H3iman 14
I've got a Geforce GTX 680 GPU, and am noticing some serious FPS drops. In CS:GO, I play at a low resolution, with all the settings on low, yet my PC is struggling to reach over 90FPS, when not too long ago it would never dip below 160FPS. I have the latest GPU drivers, I even installed Razer Game Booster, a program that is meant to help pause unnecessary tasks my PC does while I'm gaming in an attempt to get better performance. However, even that didn't work, I saw no improvement in performance with that running. Anybody have some ideas?
H3iman 14
Ignore this thread, I updated Windows and cleaned out my registry and that fixed the problem completely.

BO7H B4RRELS 2,452
What exactly did you do to clean our your registry? I use CCleaner for most stuff like that (cleaning up my PC). Any tips for me? I have noticed that mine isn't quite what it was. I'm sure my PC is just full of junk that could be cleaned out.
Diddums 4,346
How to clear out your pc: Control panel --> uninstall unwanted programs. Run CCleaner --> delete registry entries and junk (browsing history, etc). Run Kaspersky Virus Removal Tool (Google it, on phone) Run Malwarebytes. Enjoy your fresh system. BO7H B4RRELS 2,452
I forgot about Kaspersky... you mentioned that a long time ago. I used to use it but haven't on this machine. Thanks.
