Weekly Nightfall

Shield Brothers is your Nightfall this week. Modifiers Catapult, Match Game, Fresh Troops, and Airborne are active.

Catapult greatly increases your grenade charge rate. Match Game forces you to use correct elemental weapons to go through enemy shields. Fresh Troops means there’ll be more enemies in some squads. Airborne increase the damage you do while in the air.

Thalnok, Fanatic of Crota (mini Crota) is the tier 3 boss this week.

Sterling Treasure

Like every week, your chances of getting Sterling Treasure chests are renewed with every reset. You get one for free just by visiting the Postmaster.

Another is waiting when you finish a match in the weekly Crucible playlist, and one more when you complete a full game of Level 41 Prison of Elders.

King’s Fall raid challenge

It’s Oryx’s turn for the raid challenge this week.

Weekly Nightfall

The Undying Mind is back again this week, with Void burn and modifiers Berserk, Specialist, and Juggler.
Berserk prevents enemies from flinching, even after massive damage. Specialist grants bonus damage to special weapons. Juggler makes it so you never get ammo drops for the weapon type you have equipped.

Court of Oryx

Balwur, Daughter of Savathun is the tier 3 boss this week, but it’s not too hard.

Sterling Treasure

Every new week brings more chances for you to earn Sterling Treasure chests. You get a free one just by visiting the Postmaster at the Tower or the Reef.
Two more can be earned during the week, once for completing a match in the weekly Crucible playlist, and another when you finish a full game of a Level 41 Prison of Elders.

Sterling Treasure chests are earned in a couple of different ways. You get a free one by visiting the Postmaster, and you have a chance to earn two more by playing.

You get one if you finish a full game in the weekly Crucible playlist, and another when you complete a game of Level 41 Prison of Elders. If you’re wondering about the contents of these treasure chests, you don’t have to.

Nightfall: The Sunless Cell

Dreadnaught, Rings of Saturn Assault a prison deep in the heart of the Dreadnaught and put an end to a Hive champion.

Modifiers

• Epic - Heavily shielded and highly aggressive enemies appear in great numbers.
• Brawler - Guardian melee damage is greatly increased.
• Chaff - Player radar is disabled.
• Match Game - Enemy shields are resistant to all unmatched Elemental Damage.
• Exposure - Guardian shields are increased but do not replenish.

• Heroic - Enemies appear in greater numbers and are more aggressive.
• Solar Burn - Solar damage from any source is greatly increased.
• Small Arms - Primary Weapon damage is favored.

We return to the Vault of Glass this week. The Vault of Glass now drops new rewards, but more importantly, there have been some changes to it. A big change is that the raid now has challenge modes.
