Favourite characters so far?

Well mine so far are

 

Offence: 

 

Pharah, Here jump jet and hover ability are great because most people are not looking up  you can attack with the rocket launcher and concussive blasts nicely. The rockets also mean that aim isn't as critical

 

 

Defence:

 

Bastion, the sentry configuration is quite potent. Self repair is great. Tank mod is kick ass

 

Tank:

 

Winston. I haven't played the others so I can't compare. He his fun with is gun, jump and shield. I tend to see road hog every game so it seems like that is the go to Tank

 

support

 

I digging Zeny. He has an enemy debuf, ally heal, good offence. His  ult can restore an entire team so great in a team fight. His a bit tricky because of aim and the way people move around it's quite easy to buf or debuf the wrong hero

 

Mercy would be a close 2nd

 

Need to try lucio

I've only had about four hours play but so far Soldier: 76 and Roadhog are fantastic fun. I played briefly with Mercy but couldn't suss her out properly, might have another go tonight.

Bastion > Torbjorn > Tracer > Mercy. 9 times out of 10 I will be playing one of those 4.

I'm learning Mai. She's a bitch to play against. McCree is fun. Blind them then his fan shot. Widow maker is really good. Her ultimate is strong and recharges fast

I've started with Solider 76 where I left off on the beta and really enjoy the character as it's a nice and simple one to get into the game with. With all the variety in the heroes; I will probably float around quite a few but this is a useful one for whittling down enemy health with relentless fire and providing a quick heal option on the go for you and team mates. I just won a match on Gibraltar with seconds to go - we had the payload just inches away and I was stranded behind it in cover and with my team behind me under fire; I laid down the heal; switched to my ultimate and that got us across the line. Certainly a good and familiar choice for FPS regulars who aren't used of a game like this.

Lucio has became my go to #1 player. First game I played with him I got the mvp medal. Gotten several more after that.

What's you favourite strategy with him? He's got so many things that make him valuable there should always be 1 on a team

 

When we are both on you should try to be Lucio and I will try Zen. Have speed boost, health boost, damage boost and 2 team health ultimate should make for a real good combination.

I use him in a couple of ways. I love flanking with him. Using his push to to people out in the open. I'll play him as a strait up healer on payload missions. Hinder behind it and keep using his health boost. Especially if I have Rhinehart. The most fun I have with him is in maps where I can push people off the map. It's a douche bag thing to do but fun.
