What do you guys think about this?  I've never played WoW, but this seems like it might be pretty cool.  The Orcs look bad ass.

As an avid Wow and Warcraft player for more years than I care to count, I am torn on this.

 

The writing in the MMO has gone to shit, they have done such a poor job of writing they went from 14 million active subscribers, to 5.5 million. 

 

However, part of me really hope they do this, and do it well, I just have a hard time imagining how they will pull off any section of the lore in 1 movie

I'm guessing that this one is more to test the water. If it's successful, we're probably going to get a whole series.

It's exactly as you say though, if it's based on Vanilla / tbc / LK lore then it'll be starting on the right foot. If it's based on Cata or even worse pandaland then good luck to em cos those two are crap. Really crap. "Dragon Soul: the movie" hahaha. Dunno about the latest one, haven't played it.

If this movie and assassin's creed bomb you will not see a video game movie for a long long time. The trailer really makes me think of "Avatar 2" but as a Blizzard fan boy I'm looking forward to watching it
