I'm still on Win. 7. I heard too many things about Win. 10 giving away all of your info to Microsoft. Haven't looked into it much lately though.

I still run 7 on most of my PCs.

 

My daughter installed 10 on her laptop and says she likes it. 

 

I'm not sure if all "older" programs are compatible with it but its worth a try if you don't have to pay for it. I believe there is a revert back option with the upgrade

What kinda info are we talking about though? Passwords and credit cards seem sketchy and stuff in which case I guess i'd stick with Windows 7 for now. But I don't care about names and emails, I have nothing to hide. I can upgrade to Windows 10 within the year of it's release and after that it'll cost money. So I might just wait a bit to see what's going on with that.
