Think it was Atlas 101 asking questions other day he brought up the explosive rounds perk about how it removes weapon impact so today did a few tests and I'm going to change that perk on weapons that have it.

Badger ccl not levelled roughly depending on level on a critical hit cabal I found 640 down to around 430.

Just tested fatebringer on level 30 thrall in abyss 1004 with explosive rounds over 1500 without that's way more than I expected.

Field scout it is.

Look at the tiny white number that pops up under the critical number, I tested it before and it did about the same damage.

The benefit is that in non critical hits you get more damage with the splash damage.

I still think explosive is better. Imo.

Unless you're using firefly, then the splash damage may not cause firefly to work.

I think the only gun I have with Firefly is Another NITC.
